They NEVER SHOWED UP

I arrived and waited for about an hour for the driver to show up I tried to call the number listed on the site and the call would not go through I tried the chat and no one responded to me so I called the main number and spoke with a call center agent who was able to get the direct contact person on the line who said the driver was 5mins away and would be holding a sign with my name on it I kept waiting no one showed up with a sign that had my name on it so I called back to advise was then told they are a little delayed because of the weather I asked what color vehicles will they be in the direct agent never said until much later after I had decided to pay another local to bring me to my hotel I wasn't going to keep standing there I had already waited for about an hour so I demanded a refund to which the agent replied I booked it for the wrong date and the driver showed up NO they did not show up...so I told the agent I'll need a refund or change the reservation to take me to the airport on 5/24 since I had to pay someone else to bring me to my resort She stopped responding yet again I will dispute the charges with my card carrier and never do business with Viator ever again

Thank you for your reviews. This that you’re saying is all lies and we have to stick to our cancellation policy. Dispute it with your bank if you like and we will send our proof. You need to understand that you can’t just boss everyone around because we have rules to abide by. Not because we are from the islands that doesn’t mean we are less of a country or person to how you’re acting. You booked for the 23rd and arrived on the 22nd instead. We tried to help you but since you weren't scheduled for that day, no driver was their waiting for you. However i did send a driver which took him 15 minutes to get there because it was raining. You demand a refund and a ride back to the airport when you only book a one way arrival. We will not be bullied. He got there looking you and you left. Have a wonderful day.
