Roundtrip private transportation is incorporated into price. Pick up is for hotels or accommodations within Montego Bay. Can accommodate up to 13 persons. Pick up will be the time you have selected for your excursion. Driver will reach out to confirm pick up time and instructions before heading out to pick you up. The experience was amazing . Our driver Dane was on time and friendly . When we got to the location which was a short drive . There was a group heading out right as we got there . So we did have to wait about 20 mins before we were giving our jet skis . They took us out to show us the boundaries. From that point on it was a blast !!!! When we were done our driver was waiting there for us while we took pictures with the jet cars . Highly recommend the company .

Our original date was rained out, but they rescheduled us the next day with no problem! Our transportation was seamless, and our driver was great! The staff was also great in assisting us with the use of jet skis as well

The whole experience was about 30 mins. I was happy with that amount of time but my husband wished it was longer. They give you a tutorial before sending you out on your own. Loved it. Had a good time- only critique would be better define the boundaries you drive in. Other than that, would recommend

Last year my husband and I did the combo and we had an amazing time!! It was me and my Husband's first time parasailing, and I must admit my husband was not too enthusiastic about it initially lol but he did it. It was Amazing!!!! The take off and landing was smooth, instructions they gave us was clear as day. I was surprised at how being so high in the air over a large body of water was not so bad after all. The views were Beautiful!!! This year 2025 we decided to only do the jet skis, we had a great time hitting the waves. The driver was so friendly and engaging, I think his name was Erin(Aaron). Thank you again for being so kind and welcoming. He really looked out for us the whole time and for that we truly appreciate you!!! One Love

Everything was smooth from the driver to the jet ski experience. They explained very thoroughly where to ride and how to control the jet skis. It was a blast. 30 minutes seemed short but it was well worth it once we got out there and seemed like enough time! I had an issue double booking two of the same excursions, one of which was with them and they kindly refunded the mistake that was made on our end. I would book with them again.

The jet ski and parasailing was a vibe, but our driver RICARDO added the perfect rhythm with his presence to set the tone. Cool, Calm, and Collective. Not a dull moment in an out of the car. He made sure we was in good hands, felt comfortable, cracked jokes, honestly he should have been an added bonus towards the package. Man RICARDO humbly helped us enjoy our experience.
The parasailing views where amazing, we was in the air for about 5mins but worth every second. Jet ski gave a different experience from looking over the water with parasailing to now riding on the water with the jet ski. The need for speed was in full effect. Overall 10-10 or 5stars. First time in Montego Bay Movie 😎

We had a great time. The private transportation was perfect and communicated well. The instructors were well versed. My only complaint is that the jet skis were dated. Mine had a warning light flashing.

Erin our driver was the best!!! He got us where we needed to be, made sure we were well taken care of, he even went out of his way for us even though he didn't have to and for that we Thank him. The jet ski's were LIT!!! We got to have open range with them and had a blast!!! Alpacino and Lucci at the parasailing were a hoot! My husband and I were both terrified considering it was our first time ever, but these 2 guys really looked out for us and made sure we had a good time. Would recommend this tour!!!

Jet skiing - even though it was just back and forth, it was fun to be on the Caribbean and getting splashed with salty water. The beach area is beautiful!

We had a great time doing both Jet Skiing and Parasailing. Our driver, Val, was awesome. He was very friendly and took us around the city a bit on our way to the locations. We started with Parasailing, the guys running the boat set us up easily and took us up in the air. Lovely views and a fun time. Then, we went Jet Skiing. They also got us set up on the Jet Skis and let us ride around ourselves. Great experience, would definitely recommend.

unfortunately me and my friend did not get to do this because of the weather...by the time the weather settled we were over it...BUT the tour operator was very nice and stayed in touch. We were able to get our refund 100% with NO problems, so thanks for that!! I gave 4 stars because we didnt get the experience

Elegant Travels JA was amazing. Our driver Fisher did a great job giving some information on the history of Jamaica and was nice enough to take pictures and videos of me and my wife doing Jetskiing and parasailing. The activity itself was very thrilling, instructors were so nice to teach you the basics and gave us extra time to enjoy. Definitely recommend this activity and Elegant Travels JA! This is my second time coming back to jet skis with the same tour company. There is now a gift shop, changing area, lockers, and outside shower area. I felt very clean and comfortable and we all had a blast with the staff. The bar area is still be renovated but I’m sure when we come back in the winter this will definitely be the stop to be at! Great service, fun jet ski ride, excellent driver, as always.

We had a great time, this is ran by the local people so the were so coo and down to earth the driver they sent was amazing he took care of us the whole way and even suggested other adventures after. They helped us with the jet skis and then let us do our thang so we had a good time. would definitely recommend it. Bring goggles though.

Don’t waste your time. Pictures look nothing like the website. It’s in a really nasty area, looks unsafe, children playing on equipment, staff unprofessional and all about money rather than customer service. Spent three hours on the phone requesting a refund to finally get my point across with Viator and the tour guide only for the tour guide to tell Viator a different story and not refund me. I jet ski all the time and this was by far the worst experience I ever had on all ends. Viator and the tour company …. Unbelievable

First, we would like to apologize that you felt your experience was not pleasant. We also want to be clear and state the actual facts regarding some of the comments that have been mentioned.
As far as the photos that are advertised, are actual photos of the excursions that guests have posted themselves as well. Unfortunately, we have no control over mother nature and when clouds decide to overcast. Guests who do business with Sweet Sweet Jamaica Tours on a regular basis know that there is always the option to postpone or even to do the tour on another day if they feel the weather is not to their liking.
you all arrived around 3.30ish in which it was not raining or storming at that time. Because of the fuss of the water not being clear, the manager sent us photos of how the weather was and other guests doing the jet ski out on the water, the same time you arrived. you proceeded to send us photos of your party in the bus while it was pouring down rain. those particular photos were taken at 4:45pm, almost an hour after your party left. The rule is as long as there is no Thunder or Lightning, it is safe to do the jet skis. the Sun cannot always come out and shine on the ocean water to give it the look you were looking for, clear and shiny and blue. you chose not do the excursion and out of good faith and professionalism, we decided on our own to refund you half.
the jet Ski company is actually in the middle of a major renovation while still allowing guests to enjoy the jet ski sport. Again, it was extremely unfortunate that we could not satisfy you and your party and hope that you had a great rest of your trip elsewhere. Thank you.

Don’t think about it. Just book it. The first part of our tour was parasailing. The instructors were very informative. We felt safe.
The second part of our tour was the Jet Skis. You will have a different set of instructors. They are also very knowledgeable and could answer any questions I had.
It was my first time parasailing & jetsking would do again EVERY TIME.
Pro Tip: You can purchase a towel at the jet skis if you forget to bring your own. $20-$25 USD
