Scammed out of an additional $60

I booked a car from MBJ to Riu Ocho Rios. I was told by your company that it would be $40. Yet, when the driver picked me up, he stated that I had to pay an additional $60 because they don't drive to Ocho Rios. & that someone sent me an email stating that. They know ppl come out here & don't have any service. I was exhausted & had been traveling for over 12hrs so I said just go. But when I checked my email at the hotel they never sent ANYTHING about not being able to take me or any additional cost. I really feel that the company you contracted scammed me!! I will NEVER utilize your site again & will let my traveling groups know not to utilize you all either. And in all honesty, I would like a refund for this bs!! This economy is suffering, we ALL are but that doesn't mean scam ppl out of their hard earned money!! I need someone to contact me IMMEDIATELY to resolve this matter. Thank you for expressing your feelings towards your experience with us. You went on Viator and booked "Montego Bay Hotels Private Transfers" Ocho Rios is NOT in Montego Bay, not to mention when you click on that specific tour/transfer it brings you to a page that is very DETAILED and states everything that is included in your transportation as well as the areas in MONTÊGO BAY that we travel to and also what is not included in your transportation including areas that we DO NOT travel to once you book this specific package and it clearly states "Hotels and Villas in Ocho Rios is not included" (unfortunately they don't allow us to upload any images here or we would show every proof of information that you got). You were sent a confirmation to the number that you had BOOKED with which is 916-716-5687 another message was also sent CLEARLY stating that "Ocho Rios is not in Montego Bay, it's a 1.5 hour drive and it will attract an additional $60 USD for this transfer" A screenshot of what's not included on Viator was also sent to that number that you booked with. You explained to us that you booked this transportation right before you got on the plane, which shows why you failed to pay attention to the important details of your transportation. You are right about one thing we should have cancelled your booking and made you take a cab to your destination which would cost more, but out of the kindness of our hearts we still ensured someone was there and not a minute late to pick you up. Why aren't you talking about your transportation to come back to the airport I know you had to pay that same $60 or more because nobody is going to provide you with PRIVATE transportation to or from Ocho Rios for $40, mam that is not even gas money. We truly appreciate you not wanting to book with us again along with your travel groups because in ALL HONESTY if they are as disorganized and problematic as you we do not wish to bring them! By all means feel free to dispute the charge with your bank, this economy is only suffering because of Scammers like you! Have a wonderful day!
