The Lagoon is something to see. It was so neat to see the water light up when we moved around. To be able to go to one of only 5 in the world of these sites, was a treat. Tour price was fair and the ride was comfortable. The boat personell took some great pics of us and were available for a reasonable price. Our driver from Best Jamaican Tours, Leroy, was a fabulous guide. He gave us lots of good information about Jamaica from a natives perspective. He was kind and helped us to get to a pharmacy to get aloe vera gel and found us an ATM before we went back to the resort. Leroy was right on time and a total gentleman. Would book with Best Jamaican again.

Sitting in the parking lot waiting for the tour operator to show up, which never happened. You shouldn't ask people who were shafted to complete a survey.

Make sure you contact the tour company before your excursion. I was supposed to be picked up at 6 and needed to contact customer service due to waiting a half hour to leave. I was picked up around 7 and the tour felt rushed. It wasn't worth the price but the experience in the glowing water was nice as well as the fire show. My guide Wayne was fun and provided me with a friendly and engaging ride to and from my hotel.

The luminous lagoon is amazing and I would highly recommend. Our guide Nicholas with Jamaica Best Tours went above and beyond to make it an amazing experience. He got us to the front of the line so we were first on the boat and he got us a spot up front for the fire show after. He consistently checked in on us to see if we needed anything and gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip. We highly recommend this excursion, or any excursion with Nichola!

This tour was amazing. It was just my son (11) and I. Our driver who picked us up was the sweetest and very knowledgeable about Jamaica and the whole process. I felt completely comfortable with him, and was glad that I booked through here where I didn't need to be stuck on a bus with all kinds of different people. It was personal. As for the tour, we arrived, got a number in which they call you onto the boats. Went out on the boat where it is pitch black, but extremely gorgeous. You can see all the stars.
