THE WORSE DO NOT USE CARVILLE TOUR OF JAMACIA

I had the worse experience starting with being misled on your advertisement stating a product that I ordered from the picture. As the survey states how did I enjoy my JET CAR TOUR. I was told after the fact that I order the Jet Ski experience. I did not care for the bait and switch techniques done by your company. Its just a form of stealing business with the customer holding the bag. The Jet Ski were way passed being used for customers. Seats were tour and one ski had major malfunction. The location was something out a back alley. Aigail from Carville Tour Jamaica was my point of contact for the tour appear confused as to sending us to a trashy location. Abigail had me to ask for David who was in charge of the tour. Tour event operators were very rude and unprofessional. I did not want to continue the tour after 3 minutes. I hope that this review result in not using Carville Tours of Jamaica for false advertisement and endangering me and my friend with equipment that was not safe. We will be passing this review to everyone I know to save a life. FOR SURE I FEARED MINE!!

WORST ACTIVITY, WRONG LOCATION DIRTY HAZARDOUS JET CAR SKI

1st booking, makes out you are booking for jet car ski, but be careful on ticket it states jet ski only, however the tour operator waived this and allowed me and my son to ride a jet car ski as we travelled from far. When we arrived 2 cars were available, a green and blue however 2 representatives took them both way out to sea for almost 30 minutes as me and my son stood there waiting, bearing in mind my son has autism and ADHD, but I guess they saw an able bodied boy and made assumptions this was an ok thing to do. The 2 cars were seen idling in the far distance at sea for that long period before coming to shore. We were then offered the blue jet car ski, and rushed on board with no opportunity to inspect the car, only a person jumped on the back to make sure we knew how to work the reverse and accelerator pedals and start stop, this blue car i noticed was in an appalling condition (as photos show) it was wet, full of sand on the seats and not cleaned before me and my son got in to ride, after the other operator brought it back into shore, hindsight I should have refused to get in, but I didn't notice, until we finished our ride that the green car was cleaner and in a much better condition than the blue car we were given. This is because another operator used the green jet car ski whilst we were also out at sea. The blu jet car ski seats were ripped, not only at the head rest but the actual seat exposing the backing foam. There was food and sand in the seats, the wing mirrors were missing (this was a hazard in itself) the sides had dried blood stains, (disgusting) and there were bottles and cutlery left in the middle compartment!?! The car was rusting and had broken parts, all of this was realised when driving the jet ski out, and the initial excitement as well as waiting time had worn off, It was particularly noted when I saw that the green car was in a much cleaner state and had wing mirrors! So why we weren't offered this car is beyond belief, I'm guessing they thought they were doing us a favour by offering the jet car instead of jet car ski, but should I have known I would have declined and requested a refund. They need to be clear on the booking about the type of jet ski offered, as even on my email it clearly states jet car ski tour, but on another receipt emaild it said jet ski only! All for $144 USD for 30 NOT WORTH IT, FELT RIPPED OFF, ALSO THE DIRECTIONS ON THE PDF RECIEPT SAYS TROPICAL BLISS BEACH, MONTEGO BAY, THE ACTIVITY IS NOT ACTUALLY LOCATED HERE! AND THE BEACH STAFF SEEMED FUSTRATED THAT THEIR BEACH ADDRESS IS BEING USED AS GUISE TO LURE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO BOOK, I'M OBVIOUSLY NOT THE 1ST,3ND IR 3RD PERSON TO GO THERE EXPETING CARVILLE TOURS, AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY HAD JET CAR SKIS THAT LOOKED PRISTINE, NEXT TIME I KNOW WHERE TO GO. MY HOTEL PICK UP WAS NOT ON VIATORS LIST SO I FOUND THIS OUT AS I DROVE THERE MYSELF. BUT THERE WAS NO OPTION ON THE BOOKING TO NOT REQUEST PICK UP,

we are extremely Sorry you had a bad experience on this tour, however this booking was last minute made on the day of. We Tried to reach out you via phone call , message, email and whats-app to confirm a few things and send you details about your tour but we were unsuccessful . generally this is the standard procedure for our company to contact guests directly once they book to confirm the option they selected , pickup location ETC. you selected the JET SKI option not Jet Car. you also went ahead and left from Negril to the location on the itinerary without contacting us or responding to messages, even though private pickup and dropoff was already included in all our packages. This would create a problem due to the fact that nothing was confirmed, beacuse of no response from you, we were were at the point to cancelling and refunding the booking. we have 2 locations that we use jet Cars from Tropical Bliss Beach and Breeze in Water sports However someone from tropical reached out and told us you were at the location which we weren’t expecting, it was almost 5pm after all tours and locations were closing. You were redirected to our other location next door at Breeze in water sports. Our company also decided to still accommodate you even though you selected the wrong option, never responded to messages ,and went to location on your own. at the time you arrived at the location the last tour was out and they explained to you they had 30 minutes remaining so you would have to wait. after waiting the guides realized you were frustrated and gave you the first car that came back and you said you wanted to just do the tour and leave. This would give our guides very little time to check and inspect the car. We appreciate you're honest feedback and we will be making the necessary changes to prevent situations like this in the future and improve or services for maximum customer satisfaction .

I had so much fun. This was new for me so I wasn't ready! But with the help of Keno I had the best experience ever far better than I expected! I felt like I was in a real race car!! Thanks Keno for a lit ride!! Shot out to Rome who got us there and back to the resort safely.
