Our tour guide was very rude and insulting to our group not realizing that my husband is Jamaican and can speak and understand patois. He called us lazy, he used profane language many times and said that he had more tours to conduct in order for him to make money so we shouldn't be sitting down (we had older people in our group that needed to sit). He made the experience less enjoyable, unprofessional and very uncomfortable. Yet, at the end of the tour he wanted us to tip him. On top of that experience, we paid a lot of money to be driven to and from Nine Miles and still cannot understand the value of this tour. We paid $160 US dollars per person and then we were told that we had to pay the entrance fee of $25 US dollars per person. How do you justify this? What did we actually pay for?

It is very unfortunate that these guests chose to fabricate a review because their request for a refund was denied. I must point out that these guests were on a private tour, they traveled in a 15 seater bus, wife and husband only. At no time did I use profanity or told them they were lazy nor had any discussion regarding my work itinerary. I have NEVER at any time during my 15 years of service in tourism every asked a guest for tip. My code of conduct stipulate this is unethical and unprofessional. I did not tell either of them to sit. I take pride in my job and treat ALL my guests with the highest level of respect and professionalism. These guests were YOUNG people, so to say older persons were apart of the group and needed to sit is a blatant LIE, again I only transported two people. I must point out that when they initially requested the refund they said the tour was great and so was the driver, presuming that the refund would be forthcoming. In concluding these guests are just being vindictive and mischievous because I did not agree to a partial refund.
