Amazing tours of Victoria!

Both Sebastian and Fred, the 2 tour guides over the 2 days, were amazing and showed everyone a great time! Highly recommended for a trip outside of Melbourne to see some of the best of Victoria.

Unmögliche Termin-Organisation und Uneinsicht!

Unser Tourguide Fred war ausgezeichnet, freundlich, informativ, so dass wie einen guten Eindruck von Land und Leuten bekamen. Die Organisation der Tour war unmöglich. Wenn die Wahlmöglichkeit einer Terminänderung gegeben ist, sollte diese auch unmissverständlich funktionieren: Wir hatten den Termin um einen Tag vorverlegt und auch dafür die Bestätigung erhalten, wurden aber nicht abgeholt. Erst auf Nachfrage sagte man uns, dass es wohl einen Systemfehler gegeben hat - ohne irgendwelches Entgegenkommen. Wir verloren einen halben Urlaubstag dadurch! Erst auf nochmalige Darstellung wurde uns ein Upgrade bei der Pinguinshow gewährt. Am meisten ärgerte mich die Uneinsichtigkeit des Anbieters, der auch mit Gewährung des Upgrades keine Schuld eingestand - obwohl ich das geänderte Ticket in den Händen hielt. Das Upgrade bei der Pinguinshow entspricht nicht einem halben verlorenen Urlaubstag! Karina Sperl

Hi Karina, how unfortunate that you decide you give us a two star when we explained that Viator confirms things without our knowledge or agreement. We explained how the combo works and that we have to agree to the changes, and that even though Viator did confirm to you we were not aware of the change or couldn’t accommodate to your requested change. I’m sure every day of your vacation is important and we offered to upgrade you to penguin plus even though we were not at fault. Truly disappointed with your feedback, we are working under very difficult conditions with limited resources and did our best to compensate for the situation, clearly it wasn’t enough as you post this review weeks after the tour.
