Had a great time with Nick!! He's a local, super friendly and full of knowledge. He took us to wineries wr requested and even a local coffee spit. The whole fay felt, easy, comfortable and fun. We'll be back!

Nick was our driver and guide for wine tasting in and around McLaren Vale. A native of the area and experienced, he was knowledgeable and a familiar face at the four small to medium cellars we visited. He was keen to understand our wishes and cater to them. It helped that it was just my wife and me on the day, not a larger group (his Mercedes van seats eight passengers).

We anticipated a good experience but were overwhelmed with such a special day. Nick was wonderful and as it happened another couple was on the adventure and we enjoyed their company completely.

Nick, our tour leader, asked the group what wines we liked or didn’t like. Wineries he selected served wines we said we liked (and some he liked). At some wineries we had our own table, in the best location I must say, and other places at the tasting bar. We did have to pay our own tasting fees in most places, but very reasonably priced. A purchase waived tasting fees, 1 bottle, 1 fee.
Communicate with the tour provider regarding pick-up location. Our location was not near the two sites mentioned on the website tour description, however we were able to be picked-up at the place where we were staying, very accommodating and appreciated.
Nick checked on us at each winery but always assured us that, “there was no rush”.

Fab people (we were 5 total - enjoyed 3 very fun companions for the day) and guide ( Nick) for this tour and delicious wines and food. Highly recommend. Beautiful surrounds with a napping koala and a couple of gorgeous labradors to top it off!

Great day out in Maclaren Vale. We visited 5 winery cellar doors - all family owned and very welcoming. Nick, our tour guide, was very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. The lunch platter provided was excellent. Highly recommend.

We tasted 5 or more wines at each of 3 lovely wineries and and had nice lunch at a 4th winery. We enjoyed Nick, our knowledgeable and friendly guide. My wife and I also enjoyed sharing the day with a very nice couple from Northern Italy.

Jeff was a wonderful host and driver. We enjoyed all of the cellar doors he selected, which each had its own individuality and character. The lunch was plentiful and excellent, as well. We highly recommend Wine Divas tours.

David was really nice and provided a lot of information about the wineries and the region. Very comfortable Mercedes van moved us from vineyard to vineyard. Our preference was to go to small independent wineries, and we had a great time. Probably a favorite for us was Dowie Doole and I will let Dacvid give you the background to the name.
Some stunning views, great to see a few kangaroos.

From the moment we were picked up from our location and entered the bus, my wife and I know we were in for a great day!! The driver, David was very courteous and polite. As for the other passengers, we have never met such a beautiful, outrageously funny crew in all our wine tours combined…and there have been plenty. The laughter didn’t stop all day and we were wiping our eyes constantly as the tears of laughter were endlessly flowing.
As for the driver, Dave, his knowledge and guidance in the the area was impeccably professional and kind.
The wineries we visited were expertly chosen and highlights were Chalk Hill winery, Samsons Tall Wines, Oliver’s @ Taranga, Coriole Winery and Shirvington Wines.
This was by far, the MOST fun we have ever had on a tour and will be back again next year, same time…
Definitely recommend this tour to any group looking for an expertly crafted and fun filled winery tour.

Our weekend getaway to McLaren Vale for a winery tour was absolutely fantastic, and a big part of that was our awesome driver Nick. Right from the start, he greeted us with a friendly smile that set the tone for the day. He knew McLaren Vale wine very well, sharing fun facts and stories that made each winery visit even more enjoyable. He also made sure we went to wineries that matched our tastes, which was a thoughtful touch. And let's not forget the stunning McLaren Vale scenery!

Tour host was great and wineries visited were great, but I had to give it only a three as booked as a luxury small number wine tour. As it was my wife and I I didn't expect just a car with me and her, but to have a six eater with 3 seats facing backwards so that all six faced each other and your knees touched made it a little uncomfortable and too close for comfort with strangers. There were 5 in our car a group of three and me and my wife. Probably would be fun if you were a group of 4 together, but 5 or 6 and strangers was not great. All in all was a good day. 3 is probably a little low but 4 was too high. My wife and I did a Barossa tour the next day that was through a different company. all forward facing sats and only 4 but could hav taken 8. driver said he only takes 6 and it is his business , for comfort levels. Also for same price, lunch was better standard - not a platter- wineries were testing fees waved and driver more informative

We have operated Mercedes Benz vehicles for 15 years and this is the first complaint about vehicle size we have ever received. The six rear seat’s do face one another for the guests convenience. They do have an option to be like a normal bus however we find the interactive seating easier for the guests to get in and out of and conversations easier within the group. There are also two seats in the front of the vehicle which you could have sat in but then you would have been close to the driver!
I think the best option for you would have been an exclusive tour however you chose shared and obviously this tour didn’t suit.
We have no control over tasting fees.

Had an absolute blast with Greg visiting 5 different spots throughout mclaren vale. After conversation Greg made some cellar door reccomendations that were spot on and we went home very happy with many bottles of wine. Beautiful platter lunch as well. Highly reccomend and we will definitely return!

I have been on a lot of wine tours and this was by far my favourite!
Greg was a fantastic guide who took the time to find out what we expected from teh tour and then tailored the day to perfectly match our tastes and wishes.
From well known brands with large cellar doors to the hidden gems, tasting wine with the winemakers amongst the barrels, what a day we had.
I recommend this tour for all winelovers.
