My booked and paid in advance tour never took place at all - they didn't pick me up, didn't answer phone calls and messages. After few days Viator refunded me. But my trip to Marsa Alam was for nothing.

Very disappointed as we did not get to do the tour. We were ready before the pick-up time, sent 2 messages and then called twice. Finally reached someone who mentioned an adjusted pick up time. They then called back to confirm our pick up location. Then some time passed, and no further communication but just a refund - so obviously they’ve canceled our tour. Given we came to Marsa Alam specifically for this park, and now we’ve missed our chance for other tours. It’s not about the money but frustration over the lack of communication and ability to execute.
