For this amount of money, don’t expect to be picked up in a BMW. there was nothing “VIP” about being picked up in a Hondai after a long flight from the USA. The driver was nice but I felt misled. I used them to go to a 2nd location and they tried to work out a deal but bottom line, I did not get what I paid for. If I didn’t use them to go to a second location, they would have just waived me off. I could have paid for a cheaper transport. Additionally, the driver/manager/owner gave me inaccurate information about my flight departing. Additional stress I did not need. I would NOT recommend this company.

we would like to clarify....this was a VIP booking for a BMW, we agree and did admit that this was a mistake from our side, we are all human and mistakes happen. we apologize once again like we did immediately via WhatsApp after your transfer to your resort, making sure you where ok and checking if you needed further assistance. so we assure we did not just waive you off.
the gentleman who collected you from the airport was the owner of Ocean Blue Travel and would have definitely refunded you, but as you requested a second transfer we arranged to compensate by providing you the BMW for your return trip at the standard car rate which you did book, this is a big discount.
regarding the flight information, as we do not arrange international flights but informed you of what we knew at the time as did mention that we were unsure, you needed to enquire further. this logically is the travelers responsibility not the transport service.
we are very disheartened by this review, as we did everything possible to make you journey pleasant.
we apologize once again for our reservations unfortunate human error.
