We had 1 day in the Seychelles and Nils made the most of it. We drove all around the island, stopping at multiple breathtaking beaches along the way. We drove over the mountain through the National Park, stopped at the Tea factory, visited the Coco de Mer factory, the Trois Frere Rum Factory, and had a fantastic lunch at a beachside restaurant where we could admire the huge land tortoises. He is deeply knowledgeable about his island, and we came away with a much greater understanding of the island and the country. Nils was cognizant of our time constraints, and we were back on board timely. I would highly recommend this tour.

Nils was fantastic - both as a driver and tour guide!
His SUV was spacious and spotlessly clean. He took us around the entire island and didn’t simply drop us off in the various stops, but he accompanied us as much as we liked, and gave us added context on the history and relevance of the areas. He was thoroughly professional and courteous. This was well worth it and truly deserves the 5 Stars!!!

We had an incredibly beautiful day on Mahé. Nils made the day unforgettable and truly something special. He took us to several stunning places and showed us the amazing nature of Mahé. You will not be disappointed with Nils. He is a wonderful guide that made my dreams come true of a special day on Mahe. I said I wanted beaches and we visited 10! I will never forget the feeling of swimming in the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life. Nils made it happen and even arranged us to have a perfect lunch at a beachside restaurant. There is so much to see and learn about Mahe and Nils added very interesting information along the way with a drive through the National Park, visit to local authentic shops, seeing the famous Alhambra Giant Tortoise, and of course the famous Coco De Mer plants (male and female) and the enormous nut itself at local factory. Yes! We did all that in one day. Thank you Nils.

Me and my husband absolutely loved this tour with Nils! I was quite worried because I am almost 6 months pregnant and I thought that maybe the tour would be too tiring and too long for me - in the end I loved it. He picked us up at our hotel in a new and spacious, comfortable car, and throughout the day I felt like we were just relaxedly cruising the island with an old friend who was showing us around - it was just so laid back that I could truly enjoy. We saw basically the whole island, he took us to many places and shared local secrets. Two days after the tour we even visited one of the beaches he suggested because our hotel beach was too rough and wavy. Nils is a very very nice guy with a very good energy, we had a great time with him and felt comfortable from the first moment. If you want to get out of the hotel and see a bit of the outside world, do book this tour you won't regret it!

We would highly recommend this tour, especially to those (like us) not game to hire a car. Nils was a very enthusiastic and informative guide, and allowed total flexibility with the tour, and we were able to cover almost the whole island. Lunch at the tea factory was amazing and he even accommodated our last minute request to go for a swim and picked a perfect beach for us.

Nils provides a comprehensive tour of Mahé island. We walked through Victoria, visited the Hindu and Catholic Churches, circumnavigated the island visiting numerous beaches. We had choices of three botanical garden, but chose the floral garden and had one of the most memorable experiences of all our travels with a personal guide with the former UN ambassador! Nils is experienced, an excellent driver & guide and is focused on the customer experience, it was a full day’s tour highly recommended!

This was a wonderful and customizable private tour for any one looking to see main spots on Mahé Island. Nils was absolutely fantastic as a tour guide! He accepted our last minute booking, showed up timely, and even prepared water bottles for us. Nils is very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. Nills was amazing! Our pickup was on time at our hotel. Nills was very friendly and made us all feel comfortable! He has a wide knowledge on the history of Seychelles, wildlife, landmarks, plants, herbs and much more! Any questions we had he was happy to answer! He took us to all of the places we wanted to visit plus more! He took us to some beautiful viewpoints. The day didn’t feel rushed, it was all took at our own pace. We all had a lovely day and thoroughly enjoyed it! We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide! I would definitely recommend nills!

A perfect private day-tour of Mahe Island, and our tour guide cum driver called Nils was outstanding. He was extremely informative and very flexible and planned a brilliant trip that showed us all the places we wanted to see and avoided the crowds. Nils was an excellent guide! We wanted to spend the day visiting as many beaches in Mahe as we could, taking photos and shooting plans. Unfortunately, due to the SouthEast Trade winds, it was not possible to enjoy some of the ones we originally had in our plans, and Nils quite accurately suggested to us a few alternatives. I take my hat off to him, he knew exactly what we would enjoy most, and all the stops we made were spot on! We managed to visit so many places in just one day, spent our day taking great photos, and enjoyed the sea wherever possible.
Overall, Nils is an amazing guide. Excellent positive attitude, very knowledgeable, funny and chatty, great English, offered to take photos of us, and as a matter of fact, he even offered me great drone advice! :D (Me being a newbie, and Nils apparently being a quite experienced drone flyer!)
I really enjoyed our day together a lot, it was one of the most enjoyable days during our holidays! Would do it all over again, totally recommended! Don't miss out! :D

A MUST in Mahe Seychelles!!! Nils is the best guide we ever had. He incorporated everything we wanted in the tour, he was flexible, knew a lot of history and nature, told us everything we needed to know. Nils showed us all the good beaches, walked with us through the botanical garden and explained a lot of history, trees and flowers. If you want to get the feeling of the island life, book this tour!

We had a great experience with Nils! When we arrived at the reception he was already welcoming us and with the car ready to go, a nice one with all the comfort you need: space, air conditioning, waters, etc.
We first explained what we would like to see and then Nils proposed us a tour accordingly. The flexibility continued all along the trip, either to take a swim on any beach (a definite plus here!) or towards the end already, when the time went beyond planned and there was no stress, only a relaxed Nils. :)
Very helpful as well, looking for specific products we wanted in Victoria market and talking to locals so that they wouldn't cheat us with the prices.
As a local he has plenty to say, stories to tell and curiosities to share, which enriched our culture as we wanted.
