Kevin is very polite, professional, nice and funny and takes you where you wanna go. Gives a lot of good recomendations, safe driver. He even left us in the last place we wanted to go when time was finished and pick us up later and bring back to the hotel. 100% recomend this tour!

Very interesting tour, Kris is very kind and knows everything about Mahe.
We were little bit restricted by time frame because we had to catch a plane the same day but Kris managed everything nicely.

Wonderful private tour!! Our driver was Sheena and she is fabulous! Very friendly, helpful, and informative. I was able to bring my walker with no problem! We got to see the entire country! Mountainous, beaches, and the city center. We loved the local stops. My wife bought perfume, soaps, and a beautiful Seychelles bag. We enjoyed our stop tasting the local rum! It was great! Sheena was wonderful to take our picture together at multiple gorgeous view locations. We loved it!! Thanks Sheena!! ♥️

Sheena is an amazing guide! She has a great personality, it's awesome to chat with her about any topic. She used to work at some of the nice hotel chains and knows the whole island like the palm of her hand, so she gave us some great tips but also fully accommodated all of our requests about all the places that we wanted to see. We learned a lot about local culture, music and customs, which was great! She picked us up from the ferry terminal parking lot and took us to a nice secluded beach, we toured around the island, doing as many stops as we wanted (La Misere viewpoint etc.) and finally she dropped us off at the airport in time for our flights! It's really the best option if you have a few hours before your flight or even a full day (we were staying on Praslin so we had to take the earliest ferry arriving at Mahe pier around 9:30 am but our flights weren't until 17:30). You can leave your luggage in the car so you don't have to worry about anything and it's really awesome that Sheena is very flexible about the itinerary and pick up / drop off points, but even if you haven't done any research and are not sure what you want to see or do, she will for sure take you to some great places. Or maybe why not even take the tour if it's your first day of a longer stay on Mahe - you can tour the island and see the best beaches (you can even do some beach hopping) and viewpoints, or do whatever your soul desires, there is a little bit of everything for everyone! Tour was okay, drove all around the island, but guide was 30 minutes late and coughing. Said she wasn't sick, but still a little cause for concern. It was a good way to see some of the scenic parts of the island.

The tour guide didn’t show up. When contacted Viator they've sent me the number of the tourguide and asked us to wait until 9:00. At 9:07 we decided to call the touroperator but she was asleep. We reminded her of our booking and that it’s over 9:00 o’clock. (when our tour was supposed to start). The lady became quit rude and told us she wasn’t late. I have contacted Viator because of her no show. Even though I have a screenshot stating the time of call Viator is making all kinds of excuses not to refund us back. I’ve spend a long time trying to explain myself and telling Viator how things went down. Unfortunately the tour guide lied and told Viator that she was there but that we no longer wanted to go with her. Knowing all this information Viator doesn’t want to refund us.
Please I’m telling you do not book this trip. It’s a rip off. Just wait until you come to the por. There will be people willing to give you a full tour guide. (Cheaper and a better quality/professionalism).

Great time exploring the island and getting to see more of its beauty. Our guide was friendly and helpful, answering our questions along the way.
The tour wasn’t quite as expected as apart from in the spice garden, and the perfumery, we were left on our own at most of the stops including the waterfall, rum distillery, Victoria town and mission lodge which i feel is a disappointing missed opportunity to be given more information and local insight. We also didn’t stop at any of the beaches mentioned in the advertisement. Our driver arrived around 30 minutes late and didn’t receive any advance notice, we had to ask the hotel reception to call up to find out if they were coming.
Overall, we still enjoyed the day and it’s a customisable tour so what we were interested in was prioritised.

Sheena was an excellent guide on our tour of Mahe. She is very knowledgable about local history and culture. She is warm, friendly and very welcoming. Her English is fluent. Her car has a/c and she. is a very safe driver. She took us to all the top sites and was very flexible about our time restraints. All in all a great tour with a great guide

We had a wonderful time exploring Mahé with our fantastic driver, Kevin! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the island and its history, and really took the time to tailor the day to our interests. We especially appreciated his patience while we soaked up the stunning views and snapped photos at the beach.
While the car was a bit smaller than we anticipated, it was perfectly adequate for the two of us and probably quite typical for the island. If you're looking for a personalized and insightful tour of Mahé with a truly excellent guide, we highly recommend Kevin! Just keep in mind that this is a more authentic, local experience, not a luxury tour.

It was quite revelatory. I didn’t know much if anything about the Seychelles before the tour. My guide, Yanick, shared many details and the history of the country to enlighten me. He knew special spots where I could take magnificent pictures to remember the experience. And at the end I got to do some top rate shopping!!! Yanick is the best! The tour met and exceeded my expectations!!!

The tour was excellent. It covers the entire Island, including most of the beaches and drive thru the mountains. We got to spend time on the beaches and short walk in the National Forrest and jungle.
Kevin was a superb guide and continuously talk to us about history and many island facts..We highly recommend him as a guide.

Even on a rainy day Seychelles appears beautiful with yannich as a tourguide. We saw all Highlights of the Island, beautiful beaches, waterfall and huge turtles. We absolutely recommend this tour🙂

We were taken to some small. really stunning beaches annd some good viewpoints.
Enjoyed the wine-tasting at the Takamaka Distillery!!
We were pursuaded to go to Mission Lodge as it's part of the history of the island, but there's not really a lot to see there and I think we could have easily missed that out and stayed with the theme of beaches!

Booking reference: 1188683725 I wish to raise a serious complaint: I had booked a tour for our group of four. This was meant to be a special experience on a memorable trip to celebrate my 70th birthday and my husband’s and my 10th anniversary. I need to emphasize that in no way were we disappointed in our driver/guide. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The problem was that the vehicle for a 6 hour tour on a hot and humid day was too small for the four of us plus the driver. We are all tall individuals. Trying to squeeze three into the back seat was extremely uncomfortable. I expected that paying almost $800 would have guaranteed proper seating and comfort. If this arrangement had been made clear in advance, I would never have booked this tour. While I will give the driver/guide my endorsement, I feel very betrayed by Viator and will no longer recommend them nor use their services again. Yours truly, Valerie Heesen

Kevin was our guide. From the very beginning he was super friendly and kind. His knowledge about the area was excellent and he made us feel like we were living there as well. We did everything that was on the schedule and we were on time. Generally we were flexible and that’s why we never felt any pressure. We explored the all of the island give or take and we got to know about its history as well. Tried out the local cuisine, felt the artistic lifestyle and we explored the seaside as well of course. The time passed just like that, very pleasantly!

Kevin was really knowledgeable and friendly, fun to spend the day with. He knew lots of local spots for great photos. He began the day ensuring he was clear on what was important for us to see. For us this was Beau Vallon beach, Victoria highlights and Takamaka rum distillery. All were fabulous!
