Simply amazing!!!
To begin, we were taken about 30 minutes from the city center to a scenic and tranquil location for an authentic Asado experience. We were greeted by Caesar (owner) Ana (host/sous chef and Franco ( cook..). It didn’t take long to feel welcome and see their expertise shine through. Our appetite was immediately opened with a glass of rose vermouth and soda water, yummy.
What fun to make our own empanadas from scratch! We learned new techniques for cooking meat over an open flame. The homemade flan paired with Dulce de Leche was probably the best we ever tasted. The wine and beverage pairings were also very good. On top of all of this, we made new friends. Truly a day we will never forget! You can decide how much you want to cook/learn and how much you want to relax with the Andes as your backdrop. We recommend doing both. This isn’t your typical cooking class. The word that best describes it is authentic, in terms of location, technique and food. This fit our desire for authenticity in all three areas. Our recommendation is to leave the beaten path and embrace a one-of-a-kind Asado experience! We will do this again when we return to Mendoza!!!

Authentic, homemade argentinian asado, great hospitality, the nicest hosts and delicious food with high quality fresh ingredients. Step by step explanation is provided in the preparation and execution of the recipes and the asado, including the start of the fire, times and temperatures of the different meats and sharing their traditions. It is a relaxed environment and a superb gastronomic experience

Asado Extravaganza!
Our gracious hosts, Cesár and Ana, led us through this 4 hour traditional asado process. A truly great introduction to Argentinian culture.
We began with an aperitif Ana called vermouth. She added seltzer to make it tasty and light and served dips and olives for a little appetizer. A relaxed and yummy beginning.
While Cesar was on the barbecue, minding the coals and beginning the roasting process, Ana put us to work making empanadas, flour wraps filled with beef, onions, and spices.
We also learned how to make the Argentinian versions of fresh salsa and chimichurri we ate with the empanadas and on the meat from the grill.
We ate our empanadas as an appetizer, then embarked on the traditional order of Asada.

Dessert - we had flan with dolce de leche
The whole experience was magnificent! Hooray for Braseando!

What a great experience. It is one I will never forget. Thanks for a wonderful time! We met great people and the food itself was delicious. The setting was beautiful and everyone was so sweet. It really felt like being over at a friends house for a casual evening. If you’re looking for something local - this is it.

This was one of the massive highlights of our trip to Argentina. Our kids (6&3) had so much fun! They let them participate in EVERYTHING! The preparation. The cooking. The serving. Everything! And, oh my goodness the food. Empanadas, all the meats! Cake! We had the best time watching (and eating) and the kids had the absolute most fun partaking! 10/10!!!

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The pick up went perfectly, the greeter was friendly and made you feel comfortable right from the front gate. The starter with typical drinks was fun with a nice appetizer, making the empanadas was great fun, learning how to make the salsas was fun, seeing how the BBQ is set and in what order they cook the beef was educational and all throughout the wine was generously served. The hosts were full of knowledge and in the end we did feel like family. I would recommend this trip to everyone.

Wonderful, fun, and delicious experience. From Fabio as driver and Ana and Augustine as instructors/chefs, it was a perfect time. I learned how to cook Argentinian meats and empanadas, and got to enjoy them along with Malbec and some other Argentinian drinks and dessert. Highly recommend.

A memorable evening. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our Asado evening with chef Augustin team.
We were picked up from our hotel in central Mendoza on time. The drive took about 30 minutes.
We were received warmly at Braseando Experience and spent the next few hours enjoying the Asado process: Argentine aperitif, comprehensive BBQ class, lots of talk and laughter as making empanadas, and enjoying excellent food, variety of meat, and wine selection. Of course, finishing off with Argentinian liqueur and dessert.
The Asado process consumes the entire evening to midnight- time well spent. Be prepared for a late night meal.
