It was a wonderful experience. I would just suggest if you wanna have more time there to consider going back or spend as much time as you can there, there’s a lot to see. It’s hard to see everything in three hours.

The guide provided good information for the castle on the coach ride to Windsor. While he walked us in, he gave us landmarks to help us find out way out at the end of our full two hours of exploring on our own. He suggested an itinerary so that we could visit St. George's Chapel, get a great position to view the changing of the guards, and miss the LONG line to tour the Queen Mary's Doll's House and State Apartments, with plenty of time for the visiting Venus Garden as well. (The line to enter was a quarter mile long when we exited. There was no line when we entered to view Queen Mary's Doll's House and State Apartments. Score!) He even helped us decide which drop off would be best depending on where we were going next on our own. The guide was very friendly, knowledgable, prompt, and helpful. No photography is allowed in the buildings, but sometimes it is nice to just relax and take it all in.

Beautiful interiors. Great audio with a lot of extra information if you chose to listen. Really added a lot to the experience. It is clear why Queen Elizabeth loved this castle. The chapel was lovely.

Lines can be very long for certain areas, especially if picking up an audio guide. Probably needed another hour or two here in order not to feel rushed, as it would have been nice to explore the town a bit more

My wife and I went on this wonderful half day experience at Windsor Castle. We weren't too familiar with what Windsor offered prior to this tour but we were very impressed! Having a half day tour here is about right, as that allowed us time to see the exterior, the apartments, the dollhouse, and the chapel.
Thank you to Helena as the guide and Antonio as the bus driver! Both were great and very friendly.

The tour bus arrived late, and then we were late to the castle, then waiting about 30 minutes to enter due to long lines. There was no tour.

This tour started 20 minutes late. The location to start the tour was really out of the way. The bus was dirty. I asked the tour director if he would give back the time and he said yes. BUT, he did not. Really pricey and not worth the price.

See the town of Windsor if you have time. Rooms in the castle are a most see. Weather was very hot but inside was not as hot.

This tour made it very easy and convenient to see Windsor. The pickup location for the bus was in a central location and the ride to and from was comfortable and enjoyable. The guide kept us entertained with information about the tour and added his own funny humor. Once we arrived, we were provided with an audio headset for a self-paced tour-which we prefer. You’re only with the whole tour group on the bus. The castle and church were even more beautiful than we expected. Seeing the tomb where the Queen and Philip are buried together was very special. There are wonderful bakeries, restaurants and shops on the way in, but don’t stop until you’re done seeing what you came for. The time goes fast. We loved every minute.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Budapest Castle with Lilla. Wow, this is a skip the line tour. It wasn’t skip the long walk. From the parking lot to actually entering, Windsor castle was quite a hike that included stairs and a large hill. We really enjoyed touring the castle, and the information provided by the tour guide.

There was no issue with booking this tour, the pick up, the tour guide or the driver. The issue came upon arrival at Windsor Castle. There were so many tour and school groups that it took so long to get in and through security that we had very little time to see the castle. This was only a half day tour and the pick up returning to London was at 1 PM. We did not get into the castle until after 11am. Our tour guide was very nice and made some arrangements with another tour that returned to London 5p, if people wanted to stay that long. Unfortunately, that was not an option for me. Or, as it seems, for many of the other people on this particular tour. So it was disappointing, not to have enough time to see the entire castle or the town. I would take this tour again maybe at less busy time.

The tour was very interesting. I couldn't fault anything. However the customer service of Viator is non existent. I was overcharged considerably. I have tried on many occasions to contact them. Hopeless. Would not use them again.
