I have tried to email you to request a refund as the trip was cancelled at 3pm due to the air conditioning not working on the I 360. I tried to get the refund at the venue but was told I need to contact Viator directly. I am having trouble finding any contact details for you
So am going vie this route.
We are unable to go at another time as we are not in Brighton. Could the refund please be arranged for £41 paid?

The weather was dangerous & one of our family was poorly to do this sort of activity we rang on 4 occasions to try to bring the time of booking forward or cancel and you just get a robot on the phone not able to speak to an actual person. We haven’t been contacted by anyone to get a refund or at the very least a credit note. Not happy!

Do NOT book this tour with Viator. Thre was heavy fog in Brighton this week and visability was ZERO. I visited the attraction and they advised me to apply for refund with Viator who would check with the them and they’d confirm the zero visability. Did this then Viator said it was non refundable. I won’t be booking with Viator ever again.

I didnt got the chance to experience it. as it was closed for maintenance. i wasnt even notified about it. from neither the i360 nor by Viator. I need full refund of for 4 tickets.

The children are everywhere and un supervised. Big are so the parents let them run amuck. The tour operators says it happens a lot. They need adult only rides 2 or 3 times a day
