Overall it was good - a bit expensive but I wasn’t expecting it to be a reasonable price…
Worth noting you need to be there at least 10mins before. They didn’t have this on the email with the tickets but the staff were strict on this.
Well worth doing. Great views of the remains of the old pier, main pier, all around Brighton and on a clear day even see the Isle of Wight!

Fantastic experience
Fortunate to have good weather, however it would have been nice to have had shelter when waiting.
Gift shop was bitterly disappointing however. Very little by way of gifts that related to the tower surprisingly.
Drinks were a tad expensive in the capsule.
Perfect views, lovely atmosphere, not too many people per experience. You feel secure so I think someone scared of heights could cope with this. Very slow movement up and down. Bar area for drinks was great.
Very smooth ride and easy access for people in wheelchairs. Staff were very friendly. Eddy was amazing. The views of Brighton and surrounds were to die for. I would highly recomend this as a bucket list item
Really lovely steady trip ip and down the tower. Plenty of time to admire the view. Not too crowded either
I have tried to email you to request a refund as the trip was cancelled at 3pm due to the air conditioning not working on the I 360. I tried to get the refund at the venue but was told I need to contact Viator directly. I am having trouble finding any contact details for you

We are unable to go at another time as we are not in Brighton. Could the refund please be arranged for £41 paid?

Amazing experience. Me and my family enjoyed alot. The staff was really friendly and they helped us.
The weather was dangerous & one of our family was poorly to do this sort of activity we rang on 4 occasions to try to bring the time of booking forward or cancel and you just get a robot on the phone not able to speak to an actual person. We haven’t been contacted by anyone to get a refund or at the very least a credit note. Not happy!
It was worthwhile. Lovely views from the top. We went on a sunny day and it was quite hot in the bubble.
Do NOT book this tour with Viator. Thre was heavy fog in Brighton this week and visability was ZERO. I visited the attraction and they advised me to apply for refund with Viator who would check with the them and they’d confirm the zero visability. Did this then Viator said it was non refundable. I won’t be booking with Viator ever again.
I didnt got the chance to experience it. as it was closed for maintenance. i wasnt even notified about it. from neither the i360 nor by Viator. I need full refund of for 4 tickets.

The children are everywhere and un supervised. Big are so the parents let them run amuck. The tour operators says it happens a lot. They need adult only rides 2 or 3 times a day
Great view of Brighton and surroundings on a clear day.
The platform does not rotate on itself, but it is very wide and can be circled without any problems
