Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark.
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available after pre-requested pickup time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.

Excellent experience. Our driver, Kuha, was able to pick us up from the cruiseport early as we got off the ship faster than expected. Had a nice drive to Stonehenge - got there before they opened so crowds hadn't yet picked up. After Stonehendge drive to Windsor Castle where Kuha dropped us of very close. After our tours, Kuha picked us up no problem and got us to the airport. A perfect experience and would highly recommend for anyone diembarking a cruise ship in the morning but no flying out of LHR until later in the day. Would do a similar tour next time!

Make the most of your port transfer while not feeling rushed

After a crowded ride in a taxi from LHR to the Southampton cruise port with our three kids, I knew we wanted to do something different for our transfer from Southampton to London for our stay after our cruise. We booked this while on the cruise, and the operator and driver Kulen were easy to communicate with. We have kids aged 15, 12, and 7 and each had luggage and the 8 passenger van provided plenty of room for us. We really enjoyed having the private driver for the day! When I did the math on taking a transfer to London and then doing these tours separately, it helped justify what seems to be a high cost since it does not include your tickets at Stonehenge or Windsor Castle. It really was nice having a private driver for the day, and Kulen was accommodating and very patient with our loud American kids. Agree with other reviews that having cell phone charger and bottled water for the day trip would be an amazing touch!

On time, courteousness, and informative driver. Would have lived commentary on the areas we drove through, however, we knew going in, it would be transportation only. Happy the car did not have an odor of loud music. Providing water would be a nice consideration for an all day ride.

We were picked up at the Southampton Cruise Port. Our driver, Doshi was Great. Very safe driver and very knowledgeable about surrounding areas we drove by. Our first stop was Stonehenge which was magical then we proceeded to the Wilton House which is beautiful (especially the Grand Rooms). The huge gardens are lovely as well. We were dropped off at our London Hotel. All in all, the ride was great. Thank You!

Kulen was our driver. He is a very cautious driver which is what I like. He met us on time at the cruise terminal. The 8 passenger van was adequate but very uncomfortable seating in the back row. I have to say, the vendor thru viator is very responsive. I communicated with them and they gave me a lot of information which made our booking so easy. Booking thru viator has not disappointed me yet.
