Having the most amazing time in Bali and wanting to experience the waterfalls I reached out to TripAdvisor and the host accommodated my friends and I tremendously. Asked where we were located send a air-conditioned vehicle ..driver picked us up and off on the amazing day trip with a very friendly driver and returned us safely to our accommodations at the end of the day. The waterfalls are phenomenal. I do recommend customer service A+
