Amazing guide and driver, supported by a fabulous local guide at the waterfalls. The mixture of culture and nature was perfect and I tried my first ever Singapore cherry along with the local strawberries. Thank you

Dear Adventure Lombok,
Pick-up was on time with both a driver and a tour guide. The tour guide Izak was extremely passionate about his country and his beliefs, you could see he loved his job.
The tour we felt was not enough value for money as it only included two official stops with entrances Historical site and waterfall hike.
The day was extremely long as we drove a lot with short stops to buy market food, we suggest more stops with tourist things to view for example crafts viewing/mosque etc. At lunch time, the tour guide needed to pray and we were taken to a rural house were they prayed and we had to wait and eat the market food. We suggest that you rather drop guests off at a restaurant when praying so that we can have a proper lunch as were hungry and did not have proper lunch the whole day.
We suggest that people take proper walking shoes as opposed to slip-slops/thongs for the hike in the jungle to the waterfalls, as it turned out to be a rather long hike.
Towards the end, it felt as if the driver and tour guide just wanted to get home and things felt very rushed.
We do not recommend this tour as it was not value for money.

Tour operator was late and did not know which tour he was there to conduct. Of the 9 tourist spots we were supposed to visit, we only visited 3. The tour ended 2 hours earlier than listed.

Loved our tour! The guide was very flexible and willing to accommodate all of requested changes to our trip. He was very knowledgable, spoke great English and shared a lot about his culture with us.

This tour was super amazing! We love the view and the weather condition at Sembalun. Tried flying fox at Nrmada Park. Both waterfalls, Sendang gile and Tiu Kelep, that we went were worth it eventhough the trekking was not easy. Thanks to Mr Rul, Mr Edy and Adik Winde for the best experience!
