Within minutes of booking we got a WhatsApp introducing the tour company amd asking the sort of things we would like to see. Communication amazing.
We were met by Zem, our driver at the ship and he showed us this stunning island.
He was friendly and professional amd spoke great Engkish nit was keen to learn more too.
He shared his love for his home and took us to some amazing places.

Our driver Andy was exceptional. He ensured we had the best Lombok experience. His explanation of the Indonesian culture was very insightful. He also knew the best places for affordable shopping. Ask for Andy and you won’t go wrong!!

All communication with the company were good. There was flexibility in the tour but a fair amount of driving. Excellent driver and Dani had good English and was very pleasant to deal with.

This was a wonderful experience. Our driver Ryan was very friendly, funny, attentive and knowledgeable and took us to a beautiful waterfall and absolutely breathtaking beach (one of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen).

Or driver was friendly, but his language skills were lacking. The car was substandard. He was able to get us to the places we were interested in and went the extra mile by negotiating with the vendors. I would suggest that a driver and an additional guide would be helpful.

Rian was our tour guide/driver. We went to an all women weaving cooperative where we learned how they were train to weave at a very young age. Tour their village to learn about their everyday life. Next stop was the Narmada Park and the mall. Overall a good tour.

Rather disappointed today following a great Viatour tour yesterday. This time the driver turned up and apologised as he spoke very little English meaning he wasn't really a guide and unable to answer any questions, he also was unable to pay for any parking or access to the port meaning we were asked to pay this additional fee. So different to yesterdays experience and now concerned about our booking for tomorrows guide !

And you book this trip is in last minute it around 30 minute before you star. Hopefully for your next trip from viator you book that at least 1 day before so all the local host can prepare for the best team for you. But we are sorry for disappointed you and thank you so much.

Great option for those looking to customize their itinerary and be in hands of a great local guides. The car was spacious, comfortable, and newer. Andy handled the initial communication until we were handed off to our actual driver/guide for the day, Zamroni. Our local guide, Zamroni, was extremely helpful with suggestions to travel around the area and even found us a local restaurant to try the traditional food. Zamroni speak english really well and is very polite and trustworthy. We safely left our shopping bags and personal items in his care. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Partners toe became infected from a blister whilst on our cruise. Morning of the tour we had to contact the supplier early and advise currently in ships surgery for pick up time and could not meet. Asked if possible part refund but no reply once advised unable to meet pick up. I do realise we had made the decision to cancel. No communication after is disappointing customer support.

Had a wonderful day exploring Lombok with the help of our driver Zaenal. He was accommodating and assisted in helping us to see Lombok’s highlights. His car was comfortable and provided adequate room for our shopping bags and other personal items. The day was adventurous!
