Great tour with Mandy!!

Mandy was an excellent tour guide, so passionate about her home, the Shetland Islands, and its history. The island is beautiful and Mandy took us on the scenic drive to see the Cliffs, and along the way, we had the added treat of watching the sheepdogs work the sheep. She picked a great spot for lunch with the local foods. Mandy was very articulate and knowledgeable. She made our tour one of the best ever! We were also very lucky to have great weather.

Mandy was wonderful, knowledgeable and very keen on history and the stories behind it all. She talked almost non stop, but she was professional and so interesting. She took us to the cliffs and let us get out and stroll a bit, but was keenly aware of the Clift edges and making sure not to get too close. We saw so much of the area then we stopped for lunch, which was delicious. There we got to know Mandy better and on our way back we even stopped at her house and met her husband. It was great and good to feel so welcome in a foreign country. We invited them to visit Boston. We had fun with Mandy.
