Patrick was exactly what we wanted. Our personal concierge. Brief history to modern day life in Leipzig. Must see attractions and local gems not regularly seen by tourists. Took us to a historical restaurant (Auerbach Keller) in a basement that was immaculate with wonderful local cuisine. Took us to the quaint museum ( Robert Capa) and location where the last American soldier was killed in WWII. He was so helpful getting us from the train station to our hotel and assisted with my wife's luggage the entire way. He was a blessing. Our hope is to see him again. If not in Leipzig but eternally with Jesus.

Our Lokafy guide didn't show up. I was given a Google maps link to a Platz, which turned out to be rather large, and only an email address for the guide, no phone number. I sent hime three emails, and finally contacted the company. Fortunately they promptly responded saying they would contact the guide, but then a few minutes later informed me they couldn't reach him either. We gave up after waiting more rhan 20 minutes. The company has promised a refund in 3 to 5 days hopefully they'll follow through. I won't book a Lokafy tour again.

Harald was an excellent guide with extensive knowledge of the city. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a good overview of places to visit in Leipzig.

Great tour. Came to Leipzig with little understanding, left with music in my ears - Bach, Mendelssohn, Wagner. Good walk through city park, central district, Leipzig Uni. Learned about merchant influence, Stasi, protests in 68 & 93, & of course music

Omar was a delightful tour guide, he gave us a great overview of Leipzig, I appreciate the area a lot more now and would love to return. We tried 2 brewpubs he recommended: Ohne Bedenken for Gose beer, and Brauhaus an der Thomaskirche, both served good beer; and ate dinner at Auerbachskeller (a historic restaurant). The Sauerbraten was delicious! Thank you Omar!
