This was my first E-bike experience and I had a wonderful day. Our guide was April. She’s super friendly and it was a pleasure spending the afternoon riding with her. Red Rocks is a stunningly beautiful place. I recommend this trip.

We understood that this was a guided tour with an option for unguided. We were planning on guided, but that wasn’t an option. We were brought to the visitors center and dropped off to do a 13 mile loop just the 2 of us. And then bike another 13 miles on the main roads back to the bike shop. The weather started to look sketchy and so at mile 5 we turned around and found the van that had brought us to the park, as the tour guide had taken others on a guided hike. We waited out the storming freezing weather at a small restroom shelter and waiting nearly an hour for the guide to return from the hike. It was just not what we expected at all basically we could have rented bikes from any bike shop and done these on our own. We also weren’t prepared for the drastic change in weather from the Las Vegas strip to the park. If was approx 20 degrees colder and extremely windy and raining, while it was 60 and sunny on the strip so we weren’t prepared for the change in weather to dress more appropriately. We were honestly scared about getting stranded on our own somewhere on the 13 mile park loop. I wish I had read a review like this so I would have been more prepared for what to expect.

This tour was the highlight of our trip! Javier was wonderful- very attentive, saw to our needs and adapted the tour to our preferences and experience level. The bikes are top notch. It's thrilling to bike through that beautiful scenery and catch some speed on the downhills. We went on a short hike to see the petroglyphs. Getting picked up at Treasure Island was super convenient - there's a Starbucks right there if you need to get your morning cup o' joe before you head out. Can't recommend enough!

Excellent ride. Bring a light pair of gloves if you have them. No big deal if you do don't. I'm from the midwest and I was ok with/without them. Our tour guide also had gloves available. Ladies, don't wear a high ponytail. It won't fit under your helmet. For early morning rides you should wear a jacket/windbreaker.

We had a wonderful ride with April today! It was very scenic and the bicycles make it easy with the electric assist. I would bring some light gloves next time as it was a little cool in the morning. Overall great experience.

What a great time! It was a beautiful day! Pick up was easy and short ride to the company to get the bikes. Ride was easy and scenery was amazing!! Our tour guide Javier was excellent. He was so kind and paid attention to all the details. We met some great new friends!!! Would definitely recommend.

Great trip. Wonderful guide except that she did not keep group in view and part of group got lost…after about 10-15 minutes she realized that there was a problem

There was only one tour guide, who was at the front of the group. She went fast. Our group got separated for about 15 minutes because the guide and one participant went so far ahead and there was an uncertain path. We were a group of adults and children (14 and 11) who had never used E-bikes before. My son crashed and the guide was no where around. We also went on a busy street at the end of the tour, and we still went fast. My children and I were left behind.

What a great day! My guide was so great. I told him it has been awhile since I was on a bike and he was so patient with me. He made me feel comfortable and it was a great morning. The canyon is beautiful and we were lucky with perfect weather! Also, I was a solo traveler and he was so comfortable and natural company for the trip! As a person who asks a lot of questions, it would’ve been cool if he knew a bit more about the geology, history, and plant/animal life of the area, but to be fair, that was not a part of the tour! Everything they did promise was delivered on and it was great! Those bike seats though! OUCH! LOL!!

The bikes were awful having done quite a few excursions over the years with ebikes...gears not engaging, chain coming off, no shocks, very poorly maintained. Guides were not knowledgeable about the environment or if they were they did not share it. It was disorganized and they tried to keep it safe but not always successful with a loud too large of a group. On the upside, the scenery was very nice and worth it. All the good ebike tours were fully booked so this was the next best thing.

David our guide was great. The ride was leisurely. Girlfriend isnt a biker and was worried about the hills but the e- bike boost made it not a problem. Wish i would have worn my bike shorts but that wasnt a huge problem. Was only mildly sore in bottom.
