The communication leading up to the activity was poor....the link they sent through for the location to meet at wouldn't open, and my repeated requests to have them type out the address went unanswered. I finally got it 30 minutes before our scheduled time to be there when I found a number to call. When we got there, they handed us life jackets, told us to leave our shoes and we were driven by bus (without seat belts) to another location where the boat was. My 2 children and I walked barefoot across a few hundred metres of bitumen (interesting that the driver and 2 crew all had shoes on) to the boat. We were clearly the first booking for the day. We sat and waited while the crew got on and stowed gear and got the boat ready. There was no safety talk as promised in the marketing.... My children were put in their harnesses, connected up to the tandem parachute and up they went. The location was beautiful and they very much enjoyed it once it started. We were dropped back to the original location and transported to the beach by banana boat to be reunited with our shoes. Overall, the 2 boat crew members were friendly and my children loved the parasailing, but I found the company disorganised and lacking in communication.
