We had the best day ever! Angel transported us to and from our Airbnb- which was very nice. It was me and my husbands first time riding horses which was no problem! The horses were very calm and he taught us how to ride. The whole ride we were in awe of the beautiful trail and the nature around us. I’d reccomend this trip to anyone! We would love to come back someday. Very beautiful place and very nice people! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were unaware that the minimum for this tour is 8 people, we were 2 and even offered to bring 2 more but nevertheless the tour was cancelled upon 2h notice. We were not informed until the same day of this, after requesting more information the night before as there was no communication previously. We have still not received our refund 1 week later. The tour is operated by Punta Cana Adventures.
This is poor rating for Viator. Buyer Beware!
I booked this excursion weeks in advance. The registration form clearly stated they picked up at our resort and we got a confirmation ticket. We were in the lobby at the listed pick up time however no one ever showed up. We contacted the tour company directly and they informed us that they DO NOT pick up at our resort. When I voiced my complaint, I was informed that the problem is on Viator's end as Viator is/should be aware that they do not pick up at the resort. The person at the tour group was very understanding and apologized, issued a refund immediately.
I have sent an email to Viator's customer care over 1 week ago and have yet to hear back from them.

You resort was in la Romana we don't pick up from La romana we pick up from Bayahibe area sorry
Galloping on the beach was a lot of fun! Our children loved it and want to do it again when we come back here next time

It's not a tour.IT'S FALSE AND JUST RIP OFF REI/MONEY LAUNDERING. I booked the tour for January 15, 2023 online. They said they would pick me up by car from the ship terminal in La Romana and take me there. It's nonsense. There was nothing and nobody at the terminal. I then took a taxi and went there. The location is not marked on Google Maps and on the web. When we questioned the people, we then happened to come "there", at a stable, yard. There were no horses at the site and there was no place to ride anywhere

Sorry we only puck up from Bahaibe in La romana area no from that location you was sorry
The horse ride to the caves. The swimming and diving in the cave quite an experience to live that. The water and the nature of it all Wow. Wish the hike was longer.
