The location is overlooking the beautiful sea of cortes. The tasting is up the stairs on the rooftop to the door right of Fotos Miguel, it says Bermejo suites on the door. The other location block away from La Mentita Restaurant.

A great lesson and experience on tequila and mezcal. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about the expansive history and cultural significance of tequila and mezcal. Eduardo has an immense knowledge and his passion for it was infectious. Can’t wait to try more artisanal tequilas and their unique flavor profiles.

The tasting itself was wonderful. However the instructor appeared limited in his knowledge and failed to provide an atmosphere that encouraged engagement with other attendees. Appeared annoyed at pleasant exchanges within the group.

It was a fun experience and the spirits were delicious. We also really enjoyed the pairing. Our host was clearly knowledgeable and passionate, which sometimes made him give almost too many details. We have a great time but you should know it is on a rooftop. They provided blankets but you might want to bring a jacket and mosquito repellent

No show event

The host did not show up and the event did not happen. We waited at the place for over 45 minutes. The operator/host did not pick up our call too. This could be because we booked on the same day. However, if that was an issue we should not have been able to book the event in the first place. Disappointed with the experience and not sure who should be blamed.

Normally we have set up in order not to be able to receive bookings on the same day until at least 8 hours prior... We can't plan with 1 hour prior to booking and for that we have obviously refunded 100% .... This is unfair review, and it was refunded and the guest didn't assist to tasting...

What a great experience! We learned so much about tequila and mezcal from our spicy tour guide. We enjoyed the location as it overlooked the city and the ocean. Incredible. The food pairing was fun too (but don’t count on this to be a light dinner it is just a bite).
