Pickup is available for all hotels within Krabi area. Pickup is scheduled for 30 minutes before departure. Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

The child must be between 3 and 12 years old and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.
Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 13 years old.
During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Individuals who have had any injuries to their back, hips, legs, knees, or feet in the past year are not permitted to participate.
Individuals with high blood pressure, asthma, or congenital diseases are not permitted to participate.

ATV ride is around a set circuit so does get a little boring after a while. Not for beginner ATV drivers as parts of track are quite advanced. Kayaking was good - option to swim in part of it but does get very busy with boats. Kayaking does get boring after a while.
