Amazing Phi Phi islands tour that took us to Maya Bay and all of the other top spots. The tour kept great timing and beats bunch of the crowds coming from Phuket. Lunch was delicious and there was a bathroom on board. Tuna and Stefan were awesome!

Everything was comfortable and enjoyable. The guides were very nice and would explain the route clearly also telling us little stories. We were lucky with the sea conditions and they led us intorno wonderful snorkiling. The food was great and we had a lot of fun.

Worth every penny. This island hopping tour was a full day and absolutely incredible. The guides were amazing — knowledgeable, fun, and made sure everyone felt taken care of the entire time. We saw so many beautiful spots, and they even added a couple extra stops because the tide was good and we were able to get in, which made the experience feel extra special. Lunch was also really good and a perfect break during the day. If you’re on the fence, book it — you won’t regret it.

Book it! Absolutely beautiful and the guides were amazing. You can tell they love what they do. They helped us get amazing photos and got in to snorkel with us and pointed out so many things we would have missed without them. They were full of information, kind, funny, and even took care of my daughter when she got sea sick so she was able to enjoy the rest of the day. Favorite tour we did!

Guides were the best, especially Farooq. He was very informative. We snorkled and saw alot of starfish and a banded snake. He gave Great recommendations for what to do on other islands as well.

Phi Phi Islands are like going to Disneyland on a holiday weekend or Lake Havasu on spring break. No peaceful pretty beaches just thousands of tourists and boats. Our crew was awesome and we could tell they felt bad but actually said it is always like that because people come from Krabi, Phuket and one other place. Definitely would not recommend. the speedboat and the snorkeling were fun and so was the picnic lunch on Bamboo Island. Otherwise I would not recommend.

Thanks for your opinion and sorry that you felt like you were in Disneyland. This information is not really accurate, of course you are visiting one of the most famous beaches in the world so it's normal to have more boats around. It is also true that Maya Bay can get overcrowded sometimes but this is why we go early in the morning to get there before the majority of the boats and many times we achieve this goal, as you can see in many other reviews on Trip advisor. Otherwise we are happy that you liked our service, boat, food and staff and that your only complaint is about Maya bay being overcrowded, unfortunately this is not always under our control but rest assured that we do our best to avoid the crowds and that this tour is not only one stop, we also show you other less touristic beaches, and I would say at least as beautiful as Maya Baya. In our opinion Phi Phi must be considered as what it is: an archipelago with different islands with its beaches, bays and great spots for snorkelling and Maya Bay is just one of the stops within this beautiful group of islands. A perfect day trip

This was an amazing day with a guide that took us skilfully to the islands while missing the majority of the crowds , he was on hand to take photos and gently guide on land without making us feel ‘herded’! Also guiding us while snorkelling to ensurie we had the best opportunity to see the fish The lunch on the beach was also delicious and prepared for us by the guide . We were lucky to have just 9 in our small group tour and the beautiful blue sky made the trip a magical memorable day .

Trip is well organized and staff are outstanding!! Boat captain handled the docking impeccably so much so everyone cheered! Tour consisted of snorkelling and beach time, including time at a secluded bay where sharks breed! Crowded in places and lunch was picnic style on the beach!

From start to finish, it was great. The boat was clean and fast, the crew was very friendly and helpful, and they provided a great Thai lunch on the beach. We were the only English-speaking passengers on this trip, but the guides were multi-lingual, so it didn't impact us at all. Our hotel was some distance from the boat launch area, but the taxis the tour company ordered for us were punctual, both coming and going. Would highly recommend

Good tour

Phi Phi islands tour was very good. We went to famous Maya bay, monkey beach, swam and snorkeled, saw some beautiful karst towers. They provided a good lunch on the beach and water/soda in the boat. It was well organized with good communication from the tour operator, Thalassa tours. Phi phi islands are about an hour off shore in a speed boat. (A longtail if you tried to do this trip on your own would struggle at 2hours). The tour is worthwhile, it would be difficult to do on your own.

Wonderful Tour of Phi Phi Islands

The Phi Phi Islands tour was wonderful. Our guides Tuna and Elena did an excellent job showing us the islands while keeping everyone safe. The route is flexible based on tides and boat traffic, so Maya Bay was our second stop instead of first. It was still pretty crowded in the morning, though slightly less so than when I've done this tour with other companies. What we loved: Tuna and Elena were excellent guides who explained everything clearly. The beach picnic lunch was fun, and we had a good amount of time at each location without feeling rushed. A few things to note: The tour mainly caters to Spanish speaking groups. While instructions are given in both English and Spanish, it's clearly draws in more Spanish speakers. We ended up skipping Bamboo Island due to crowds and timing but this is part of being flexible and adapting to the conditions. Also, they don't provide fins or new snorkel mouthpieces, which are something other companies provide, so plan accordingly if these items matter to you. Overall, I'd still highly recommend this tour despite the minor drawbacks. Tuna and Elena made it a great experience.

Thai tour is really thought out. They do Maya Bay firstz early in the morningz before all the crowds get there. You get to have lunch on an almost empty beach on your very own picknick blanket. You can swimz snorkel and watch crazy monkeys all in one day. The team takes really good care of you, I really enjoyed this tour!

The tour guides were friendly and transparent about how's crowded things were going to be at each destination and how they were going to navigate the situations and pivot if things weren't going to happen. They accommodated several different languages, knew goods places to take photos and see things and we're gracious in offering to take photos. And finally the food was plentiful and very good. Overall a great experience.

Best Island hopping and Snorkeling in Krabi

The entire experience was completely worth it. The tour operators were super friendly and helpful. The tour was conducted in small groups. Their differentiating factors included (1) going to Maya beach first to avoid the crowds. (2) The tour operator made videos both on the beach and under water (3) the food was great and they separately catered for vegetarian as well (4) They also provided personalised guide in the water while snorkeling for beginner swimmers. I would highly recommend!

We had a great time on this phi phi island trip.The 3 guides and boat crew were very professional and safety conscious.The snorkelling was amazing and our highlight monkey beach was excellent seeing the monkeys up close.We had lunch and drinks on the beach which was very nice and plenty of it including drinks and coffee. All in all an awesome trip that we would highly recommend.

A little more expensive than some but great value. The speed boat is modern and very clean, the guides are first class and the food was excellent. They set off early to beat the busy periods and this definitely makes a difference. The snorkelling and life vest equipment is very good and the guides make sure you are safe at all times. They are friendly, informative and skilled in the water. The locations are stunning and well planned. Money well spent!

The boat was smaller than...

The boat was smaller than I thought it would be with no bathroom, but it still was nice and it seemed like many boats in the phi phi islands are this size to fit into the bays. The boat has a cover over it which helps with the heat. I would bring a waterproof bag because mine got soaked. Our tour guide An and I forget the other man’s name were great and made sure everyone was okay! My biggest complaint is that they didn’t serve us lunch until the very end of the tour like 2 pm and the tour started at 8 am so I was starving but the food itself was good and it was nice to eat it on the island and not on our laps in the boat. The islands were beautiful and it was fun to swim and snorkel in them! Although I’m super prone to motion sickness and got super nauseous even with medicine and pressure bands. One thing I recommend for the company is to collect everyone’s numbers because a couple got lost at Maya Beach and we lost 30/45 min finding them because we didn’t have a way to contact them. Overall I recommend this to see the phi phi islands but keep in mind the late lunch!

We would like to apologies about eating late the day of your tour, the thing is that, as you mentioned, with us you don't eat on the boat or in the big dinning area with hundreds of people in the big Pier of Phi Phi, but we take you to a nice and quiet beach to eat a buffet thai lunch picnic style, directly on the sand, and for that sometimes we have to wait for the correct tide and we need to make sure that the other important stops have been done. Anyway, I agree that it was too late, obviously to be waiting long time in Maya Bay for the couple who got lost, didn't help!! We do have the phone number of all participants but normally there is no line if you call to a number abroad.. Anyway, we would like to thank you again for coming with us and we hope to see you again, maybe for a different tour. Big hug from all Thalassa Tour team

Beautiful and well-organized

The tour was well-organized and early enough to miss the bulk of the crowds that come for the more famous spots. The boat was a comfortable size for our group of about 15 people, which is a smaller group size than many of the other similar tours. Our tour also found a nice private spot on a beach away from all of the other tours to eat lunch. There was a lot of food and it was delicious, and there was plenty of water, iced tea, and coke to drink (enough for multiple bottles per person throughout the day). The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and were clear about where we were going and how long it would take. The only thing that could make this better is if the snorkeling equipment included fins. The equipment they provided was only masks and snorkels, no fins.

We did the Phi Phi snorkling trip and thoroughly enjoyed it! We had Tuna as a guide skillfully accompagnied by Elena, Falud and Margarita (so sorry if we spelled any of the names wrong!). They were very enthousiastic and knowledgable about marine life! They also really tried to glue the group together making us a merry bunch by the end of the day. We were also one of the only boats not actually disembarking at monkey beach or feeding the monkeys, thus respecting the wild nature of the beautiful animals (as was also prohibited by all of the signage posted there!) which we appreciated very much. One thing to note is that they don’t have fins but do provide all other snorkling gear. This didn’t hinder our snorkling experience at all but is good to know in advance so you could bring your own fins if you have them. All in all a great day and an awesome experience that we would recommend to anyone in the neighbourhood!

Well organized and professional tour. Nice power boat with ample room for 9 guests. (More than that would have felt crowded. Beautiful scenery. Be prepared for choppy water at times and crowds at Maya Bay. Snorkeling experience was ok. Mask, snorkel and life jackets were provided but no fins. Would have been helpful to know this ahead of the tour. Lunch was delicious and a nice respite from the crowds at some of the other locations.
