Departing from city hotels, follow the jungle-lined highway deep into Krabi’s mountainous countryside, where your hour-long ATV adventure begins. Suitable for all ages, this intrepid but easy-going tour gets you into the heart of Thailand’s uniquely scenic landscape, along bumpy trails and with windswept hair.

After a short safety briefing and instruction, follow your guide into the jungle

(To be advised) • Free hotel pick up is available for Ao Nang only • Additional transfer charges apply 500 THB Krabi Town, 600 THB Klong Muang, 700 THB Tubkaek per person. • If you stay at Railay Beach, we offer a pickup service from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier which is just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East. • If you stay in Ton Sai, please come to the meeting point at Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. • If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. • The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking • Please plan to meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-shows

Riders have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety.

No alcohol is permitted.
Pregnant women should not participate in the tour.
People with disabilities should not participate in the tour.
During the tour, riders are asked to strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the right to stop any risky riding with no refund.
There is a minimum of 2 people required to run this tour! On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

Seamless pick up and drop-off experience for this excursion. This was an amazing experience and the guides were very friendly and lax. They guided us through a jungle-like track with lots of mud (fun!). My group really enjoyed this experience - don't let the lack of reviews here deter you (as it did for our group but we opted to take the chance anyways). Not sure why this excursion doesn't have the visibility/social recognition they deserve but this is a MUST do in Krabi!

Don’t do it!!!

Don’t do it!! This ATV experience is dangerous and absolutely not beginner-friendly, even though nothing in the listing makes that clear. I told the lead instructor as soon as I arrived that I was new. Pickup was already delayed, and once I got to the site it took another 10 minutes to find a helmet because they only had a small selection. The one I finally found barely fit — which is a major safety issue. The trail itself is extremely advanced. There’s a basic main road, but the instructor took me through every jagged, rocky, muddy side path even though it had just stormed and I clearly said I was a beginner. Instead of guiding me, he stayed far ahead the entire time, never warning me about sharp drops, slippery areas, or the uneven rocks that could tip an ATV. At one point my ATV almost flipped. Another time it got stuck, and when he eventually came over, he put it in reverse without telling me — the ATV shot backward immediately. That could seriously injure someone. I weigh 250 lbs, and this course felt unsafe from start to finish. I booked a one-hour ride and only lasted about 20 minutes before I wanted to stop. I even asked to take photos just to end the ride, but he kept leading me deeper into the trail. We were the last ones out there before closing, and there was no reason to take me on the most dangerous paths when an easier route existed. This tour is not suitable for beginners, and honestly, it isn’t run safely for anyone. ATV accidents and head injuries are real, and the lack of instruction and supervision here is unacceptable. I would like a refund, but I doubt they care — it feels like they just want the money. Bottom line: This was a terrible and unsafe experience. I do not recommend this ATV tour to anyone. Save yourself the risk

Fun! I thought we were...

Fun! I thought we were going through the jungle to a beach, but we went around a predetermined track that was pretty big. I would suggest the hour long adventure. The first 30 minutes was a bummer because of the other people in our group were no fun, but the second 30 minutes was a blast. We sped around and went through mud and water and skrted around. The tour guide let us have a lot of fun. I would have preferred going through the jungle more like a hiking trail as it was advertised, but this was fun. It felt a little too Instagrammy to us, as in everything was for the videos/photos.

Great experience quad biking here. The instructor took heaps of videos and photos while we were riding. I got bogged and he was quick to help me out! A lot of fun of doing this, wear something you don’t mind getting dirty

Disaster

I have used aviator many timea and have found them great but when I booked this trip I had nothing but problems. First of all the tour operator Oh-Hoo Travel Agency who run the trip cancelled it the evening before and when I questioned this Viator said that they were not sure and that some times if there were not enough people on the trip it does get cancelled. They informed the same trip was still avabilable and would I like to rebook it. In the end there were now 2 bookinga as the tour operator said that they had not Cancelled it!! Lots of confusion Later aviator cancelled the one which then Left 1 booking. We were asked by the Oh-hoo travel to be in reception for 9.45 am. We were still sat there an hour later. No communication from them. I rang them and they said they were on the way. I contacted aviator as now we are really upset and I wanted my money back. Viator were very good helping with the situation so quickly! Finally for a refund but obviously most of our morning was wasted and we never did the trip we had wanted to!! Avoid this oh-hoo travel and I have asked aviator to investigate!!

Amazing! Great guides and fun experience. Upgrade to the 1hr ride

Amaxing experience, well worth the money. We paid for the 1hr package. First 40 minutes was through various terrains, with good opportunity to get some speed and experience different types of driving through the forrest on a track. After the 40 minutes with the group, we were the only ones to have paid for the 1hr, so when everyone else had finished we continued the ride with our own guide, going through extra bits of the forest, near a lake, on the road, down some side roads, and even going down to the shore at a secluded beauty spot for some photos. The guide was brilliant, and took many videos and pictures of us that he shared with us at the end of the ride, all included, and kept a close eye on us to make sure we were safe and having fun. The latter solo part of the experience I'm sure lasted well over 20 minutes and it was great being the only other riders.

ATV visit was great. Got to explore a bit with guide and try various terrain and elevation changes. Although some of the ATV chain came off the gears occasionally, guide was able to quickly repair and keep us on our way.
