For the Horse Riding Only option, please make your own way to the stable. Hotel transfers are available for selected options from hotels in Ao Nang and Khao Thong areas. Pickup time is 30 minutes before the activity time. Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time by email. Please check your email before the activity date. Please meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has left your hotel.

The maximum weight limit for participants is 110 kg.
Child tickets apply to guests aged 5–11 years. Adult tickets apply to guests aged 12–70 years. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Participants above 70 years old are not recommended to join this tour.

Beach Horse Riding times may vary due to tide conditions, and the activity may be postponed or cancelled due to bad weather or unsafe riding conditions.
Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Sandals and flip-flops are not recommended during the ride.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease and bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour.
