Highly recommend this! The experience was amazing, but the customer service was even better. We had to rearrange our tour very last minute and the man who manages bookings was so empathic and helpful. Brilliant service and tour.
They depart every 1.5 hours so plan accordingly.

The tour starts from centre which has all the must visit points. Hereafter only 2 points are there to stop Sille and Butterfly park.
The frequency is 1.5 hrs between HOHO.
It’s not worth it for the price they charge. Usual Team n bus have better frequency and cheaper price.

You have booked a daily city sightseeing tour of us with 10:30 departure time. Before the departure you messaged us asking to change your departure time and we accepted it. You came late for your updated bus, which is scheduled for 12:00, but we made our bus depart 2 minutes late in order to let you join the tour. We also responded to your messages and calls about our hop on-hop off service during your trip even though we were in a weekend rush in our ticket sales office. You didn't mention that you had not seen the Mevlana Mausoleum. After the tour ended, you stated in an extremely rude and insulting manner that the mausoleum was closed, we have not informed you about the closing time, so you couldn't see it and you would have to stay in Konya one more day. Your failure to check easily the closing times online and plan your trip correctly is entirely your fault. It's weird that you expect us to inform you about something you didn't ask us about. We carried out a tour we had promised and fully detailed information about our tours had already been released. Madam, we hold no fault in your inconvenience. And our tour is one of the mostly recommended and preferred attraction in Konya.
I cannot allow you to discredit our tour, our guide, and our company because of your own obvious mistake. I have to return to you the rudely accusations and insults you sent me via WhatsApp as voice and text messages. And it's shameful that you're trying to influence us with negative comments by not mentioning what you did here at all.

It was for me an orientation tour when I arrived, to locate the places before more in-depth visits. For that, it was perfect. Do not consider it a city tour, the automated comments are succinct, the bus does not even slow down in front of important places, and the 2 stops not necessarily wise (more smoking stops than anything else). Music way too loud on the way.
