The trip was great went to the market saw ingredients and apple was great she explained everything really well. The cooking class we got to choose what we wanted to cook and really enjoyed the experience

Had an amazing experience firstly going to the market and seeing all the amazing produce available.
We went back to the cooking school set in beautiful surroundings.
Apple was so knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing and we all had lots of fun cooking all the various dishes we had selected.
We all sat down to a superb banquet of stunning food!
Lots of helpers to guide us along the way!
I would definitely recommend this experience!!!!!

A thoroughly enjoyable morning with wonderful food to share for lunch. The market tour was very interesting and a good introduction to the ingredients we would be using in cooking. Our group of six had chosen a good variety of dishes and Apple was the perfect host and teacher to instruct us in cooking. Everything we prepared looked incredible and very professional! We finished by eating all the dishes together as a group and everything without exception was delicious - special mention for the banana and chocolate spring rolls! All in all a very enjoyable fun activity.

This cooking class was excellent. A group of 6 friends did it and all was well organised from booking to the class itself. The trip to the market with explanations on local offerings was great before heading to the Waterside cooking school to make our dishes. Apple and team were kind and informative and the meals were delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Apple's Riverside Thai Cooking Class was an absolute highlight of our trip to Khao Lak. She taught us about local produce and fish during the tour of the local market in the morning. Very cool. The best part was, of course, Apple's guidance while cooking and then the eating of the food we made. Every one of the seven dishes our group made was amazing. Our resort's offereings paled in comparison after. Riverside Thai Cooking Class in Khao Lak should be on everyone's must-do list.

Amazing cooking experience- if you're in the Khoa Lak area than this trip is a must! We did the morning slot which included a trip to the local market. From the greeting at the hotel to the farewell on return, quality and excellence were always demonstrated. We made spring rolls, Tom Yim (chicken), Massaman curry and sticky rice with mango from scratch. The instructions and follow-up were clear and easy to understand. The class was a pleasure to be a part of. A fantastic experience for both if us.

If you would like to learn how to cook your favourite Thai dishes or learn something new, then this trip is a must. From being picked up by Apple at our hotel to the tour of the market to see the fresh produce, to the step by step prepping and cooking, the experience was fantastic. Apple showed individuals how to prep their pre selected recipes but also talked through the spring rolls as a team. She took her time with us and didn’t rush the experience. The food was delicious. Thank you Apple and your girls for this culinary delight experience.

The teacher, Apple, was an excellent tutor and just so friendly and sweet. We thoroughly enjoyed learning, cooking and of course eating all 7 dishes our group of 6 made. The small class size was also excellent, allowing us to ask questions and get a bit of extra help if needed - a must do for foodies travelling to Khao Lak!

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Kochkurs mit Apple. Nachdem Apple uns abgeholt hat, ist sie mit uns zum lokalen Markt gefahren, wo sie uns die ganzen Kräuter, Gewürze, Gemüse, Obst und Co erklärt hat. Das war wirklich toll, da wir doch einige Sachen nicht kannten. Anschließend ging es zu ihrem Kochstudio in den Jungel. Die Küche ist schön offen und außen herum pflanzt sie ihre eigenen Produkte an. Dann ging es auch schon los. Die Zutaten für unsere gewählten Gerichte waren liebevoll hergerichtet.
Wir hatten folgende Gerichte: Banana Blossom Salad, Spicy Glassnoodle Salad und Panang Curry (wir waren zu 3.).
Uns wurde jeder Schritt erklärt und wir haben dann geschnibbelt und gekocht.
Zu unseren Gerichten haben wir auch noch Spring Rolls zubereitet (herzhaft mit Fleisch und Glassnudeln und süß mit Banane und Schokolade).
Beim Panang Curry haben wir sogar die Curry Paste selbst hergestellt, was ich sehr cool fand, da man dann mal sieht, wie viel Arbeit darin steckt 💪🏼 zudem duften wir unsere restliche Currypaste mitnehmen.
Apple hatte auch 2 Helferlein, die uns super unterstützt haben. Die Rezepte bekommt man später auch nochmal zugeschickt.
Ich kann diesen Kurs nur wärmstens empfehlen. Unbedingt den Banana Blossom Salad probieren und viel Hunger mitbringen 😉

En helt fantastik oplevelse, hvor vi startede på markedet, hvor vi handlede ind. Vi fik en fantastisk hjælp og guidning omkring de krydderier vi gerne ville købe med hjem👍
Kursusset var unikt, det var tid, fortælling om råvarer og god hjælp😊
Apple er en fantastisk kok, hun taler et perfekt engelsk. Apple brænder for det Thailandske køkken og vi får sendt opskrifterne fra kurset på mail, og vi kan frit kontakte hende, hvis vi har spørgsmål. 👍👍👍

Wir haben von Deutschland aus gebucht.Unsere Freunde die mit uns reisten waren mit dabei und waren sehr beeindruckt.
Wir wurden von Apple am Hotel pünktlich abgeholt wo wir zum lokalen Markt fuhren. Wir waren 6 Personen die ihr Essen das sie kochen wollten ,vorher ausgesucht hatte.. Apple hat die ganze Sachen erklärt und noch mehr was mann am Markt bekommt.
Danach ging es zum Kochen. Auch hier war alles professionell vorbereitet.
Ein jeder hatte seine Zutaten auf dem Tisch und wir fingen unter der Aufsicht von Apple an zu schibbeln. Danach hat ein jeder sein Gericht selbst gekocht. Es wurde Rücksicht darauf genommen ob jemand scharf ist oder nicht.Danach kamen alle Gerichte auf dem Tisch und ein jeder konnte vom andren probieren.
Wir lernten auch wie Mann Frühlingsrollen macht. Am besten waren die mit Bananen und Schokolade.
Es war eine sehr Familiäre Stimmung, und wir haben viel gelacht.
Danach wurden wir zum Hotel gefahren.
Wir werden den Vormittag lange in Erinnerung behalte.
