Hotel pickup is available for guests who select the transfer option. Please provide your hotel name and room number during the booking process so we can arrange your pickup correctly. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking, depending on your hotel location. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. Guests who select the no-transfer option must meet at the confirmed meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Yesterday it had poured rain all night and into the morning, not the tour company’s fault I know, but we were to do a 2 hour quad bike ride in the mountains the rain hadn’t let up. I contacted the tour company early to ask about the ride and said I didn’t want to be riding drenched for two hours. I explained it wasn’t much fun wearing a raincoat in the rain when the company said we were hoped for two and they’d give us raincoats. No offer to rearrange or cancel, just you’re already booked.
My messaged to the tour company this morning, their response was “I’ll talk to the guide”. That was hours ago.
‘I’m disappointed with our quad bike ride yesterday in the pouring rain and really feel you should have cancelled it or arranged another time. It poured rain the entire time and we felt that staff were simply trying to kill time while we were there. They had us do the mud holes behind the atv camp for the first 30 mins, after 15 mins it became boring. After that they took us up the road to the temple to feed the cat fish and Spy said it wouldn’t be safe to go on the planned trip up the mountain, especially for my husband. The girl in the lead them took us on more roads to a field by the river where we waited for approx 10 minutes. I used google translate to ask where we were going after this but didn’t get much information. I asked where spy was and she said at camp. She hopped on her bike and started up a dirt road. We were 1 hour 10 minutes into a ride that had been less than fun in the pouring rain and my husband and I had had enough! We asked her to turn around and take us back. Communication was dreadful, she was lovely but couldn’t communicate with us. Spy was back at the camp and I told him the whole tour should have been called off with the amount of rain and it wasn’t fun at all. Despite the rain costs we were saturated. Spy offered to take us to the elephant sanctuary as we still had 40 minutes left in our ride. We appreciated him trying to make up the time but the trip should have been cancelled or alternative time or trip organised, not forced to go ahead like it was.’
There are a number of companies that do quad tours and I’d hope they’d be more flexible. Definitely didn’t get what we’d signed up for!

We had a brilliant day . My mom in her 60s and daughter who is 16 it was fun for all . Tour guid was brilliant took photos and videos and sent them to my phone .

Le tour en quad était sympa. On passe dans de nombreuses flaques et nous sommes vite trempés et pleins de boue. On a pas vu la cascade mais on a pu se rafraîchir dans un lac. C'était très agréable car il faisait chaud. L'équipe d'ATV est très accueillante. Ils prennent des photos et vidéos avec leur Go Pro et nous les envoient ensuite sur notre téléphone.
