My wife and I did this tour yesterday and enjoyed it quite a bit. Gift and Mr. Boa were great as guide and driver. The lunch was also quite good.
My only small complaint was we were 12 people in a van that sits 12 people, so it felt quite cramped in there, especially since there was a fair amount of driving required to hit all 3 temples…

A full day with lots of wonderful sights and sites! Superb place for lunch with breathtaking views. My guide ‘Gift’ was exactly that - gave lots of information and stories. The driver was 10/10 too! Lots of curvy and hilly mountainous roads, but he knew them like the back of his hand.
My favourite bit was actually the waxworks - a very pleasant surprise that puts Madame T’s place to shame. Astounding!
Would definitely recommend.
However -if you are not good at climbing narrow steps, and over 300 of them, it’s probably not the trip for you.
Equally if you’re not into temples and learning about Buddhism - this isn’t the trip for you too!
If you’re scared of bats - there are plenty at the first temple.

Jenny was an Amazing guide, friendly and very informative. Learnt alot about Buddhism, the Temples and their practices.

A long fascinating day visiting 3 different temples. Our guide had good subject knowledge and good English.
An enjoyable lunch in a local restaurant mid way and bottled water provided on the minibus.
The only negative was an hour picking up other passengers of different nationalities before the day began.

Very interesting tour of the temples. Our guide Gift was very good we learnt alot! Nike the driver kept us well hydrated with lots of drinks.
280? Steps to the first temple which is in a cave. Lovely view from the top. Second temple was spectacularly decorated.
Restaurant for lunch has amazing views. A lovely lunch as well.
Last temple has a waxwork room with some quite lifelike monks.
Alot of time driving in minibus which some people may not be keen on.
I would highly recommend this trip.

Enjoyed the 3 Temple tour. Sight seeing and driver where great. We had 6 different nationalities on the bus. I found it hard to talk to them and understand what they were saying. Tour leader was good and made sure we had plenty to eat and drink. It was a very hot day. The cold towels provided at each temple stop were very much appreciated

We had a great time. The three temples we visited were all different and amazing. Our guide Jenny was lovely and explained everything in detail. The included Thai lunch was totally delicious. It was a great way to spend a day.

An excellent and varied tour. We were incredibly lucky to get Toine, our guide as he had previously been a monk for 12 years and could give us an insightful view of each of the temples and of Buddhism.. He was also very funny! The three temples were very different and each spectacular in their own way. We would thoroughly recommend this trip.

Our guide today was Gift. Her knowledge is outstanding. The 3 temples are amazing and we learnt so much about Thai Culture. Lunch was good, varied dishes.

Gift the guide was incredible. Her enthusiasm and knowledge enhanced the day. Dragon Cave Temple is amazing then onto Pagoda temple which is serene and opulent. Great lunch and onto the third temple and blessing from the monk. Book now you won’t regret it

What a great day. Gift our tour guide was fantastic and full of knowledge. Our 17 & 14 yr olds loved it too. Very different temples each quite unique. Loved the dragon cave temple. Lunch was very tasty and in a beautiful setting. Mr Sayan our driver looked after us very well. Thank you!!! x

This was a very informative day and our tour guide knew her stuff and the restaurant for lunch was a beautiful location.
We do feel this tour would be better with just two temples as it was a little long with 3 and not recommended for families with young children.
Best bit was being blessed by the Buddha.

Had a fantastic time on this tour - a really nicely paced day seeing three very different temples, all of them showing you something new about Thailand. Our guide was very knowledgeable, lunch was absolutely delicious and plentiful! I am travelling solo but felt really welcomed and at ease. If it's boiling, remember you only need to cover up for the temples themselves - I wore a strap top and brought a very light shirt with me just to wear while at the temples, but stayed cool without it on the drives and at lunch.

Temples . A tour full of history!
We had gift as our guide. We were picked up right on time at our hotel lobby. Gift was very friendly and so was the driver. She did not stop sharing Thai history and culture from the moment we got on the van; she was a book full of knowledge…which we truly enjoyed. Drive was 1-hour to first temple and about 20 minutes in between each other. We spent 1-hour at each to make a full day out of the tour. First temple, The Cave, you will go up many steps but the views and how interesting make it worthwhile. The second temple was gorgeous. Lunch before 3rd temple was at a local beautiful spot by the river. Very tasty dishes to share, non spicy. Last stop was interesting but you are drained from the heat already. We came April 2 (mom and 2 kids with grandma). Would recommend if you like history and enjoy the culture.

Our tour guide Gift was extremely knowledgeable, and taught us the customs of Thai Buddhism. She took us to a restaurant for lunch with our food waiting for us on the table, and went out of her way to make sure it was food that we could eat. Gift was very personable and made our day amazing. This was a great way to explore the Khao Lak and Phuket country side, while learning about Thai culture. Our guide Oil was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very passionate about her country and culture. The van was very plush. Lunch was delicious. Oil and the driver made sure we were hydrated. My husband had motion sickness from the curves of the road, so the driver took extra care.

The Three Temples were each quite unique and different. The Cave Temple did have a fair number of stairs going up and down but was quite doable. The last temple gave us the unusual experience of meeting the Temple Monk, being blessed by him and having him place a bracelet upon our wrists. The day was long, but broken up nicely by drives between the Temples and a GREAT lunch! Our guide, Miss "GIFT", was a wealth of knowledge, not only about the Temples, but also about her families amazing history and traditions.

Sehr interessante und kurzweilige Tour mit einer Fülle von lnformationen über die Tempel und Religionen durch unsere Führerin nach pünktlicher Abholung im Hotel.
Guter Mix aus 3 verschiedenen Tempeln.
Gutes thailändisches Mittagessen, das unsere Wünsche berücksichtigte und nicht scharf war.
Wir sind super zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
