      Airport Pickup Information: Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, our representative will be waiting for you outside the arrival terminal holding a sign with your name and our company logo for easy identification. We provide a complimentary private airport transfer to your hotel, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to your adventure in Nepal. For a seamless experience: Please share your flight details (airline, flight number, and arrival time) at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In case of any last-minute changes or delays, our team remains flexible and available 24/7. Our representative will assist you with luggage and ensure a comfortable ride to your hotel. Look for our “Accessible Adventure Pvt. Ltd.” welcome board just outside the airport gate. We’re here to greet you with a warm Nepali welcome and get your journey started on the right foot.
