The tour company was really great about coordinating details about the tour since we booked last minute. It ended up being a private tour since we were the only people there. The tour guide was very good as well and was very accomodating.

Spent a wonderful morning walking around the beautiful castle gardens. Our guide Yukari was extremely knowledgeable and was able to share the history of the area which made for a memorable tour.

Griselda was a truly wonderful guide on our walking tour of Kanzawa. We were lucky to have her all to ourselves so conversation flowed with our own personal questions about the area.
She was so flexible in letting us stop for coffee at a small local cafe where we had our highlight of the tour , meeting and talking with the owner who's been running it for 45yrs.
A brilliant tour , can HIGHLY RECOMMEND it and Criselda herself 5⭐️

Would give 6 stars if I could. Our guide Chris was incredible!! So knowledgeable about history, art, architecture, nature the list goes on. Showed us the heart of Kanawaza in 2 hours! Gave us lots of recommendations for the rest of our trip too. Cannot thank him enough and cannot recommend more highly!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Kanazawa and Sadaam/Ali! He received the booking less than a day in advance (we booked well over a week in advance), and he bent over backwards to fulfill our wishlist of things to do and see in Kanazawa. I wonderful walking tour to experience the beauty and arts of a special city!

Our local, Monse, really brought Kanazawa to life for our first visit. Although it was an evening tour she gave us lots of interesting information and ideas to places we returned to the next day and had plenty of recommendations for restaurants and bars. It was definitely worth spending 2 hours with our local to maximise our short time in Kanazawa.

We enjoyed our tour with Rodrigo. He was flexible in tailoring the day to meet our interests, was very social, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all questions.
We visited shrines, museums, the castle, park, geisha district, tea district, etc.

We loved having Deepa guide us around Kyoto! Kyoto is a very busy, touristy town. All of the popular sites are in different areas in town, so you have to travel on trains and busses to get to all of them. It was absolutely indispensable to have a local guide that could navigate the busy streets and transportation. It was so much less stressful to just follow her around rather than try to figure it all out on our own. Deepa was quiet and unassuming and let us spend time wherever we wanted, as well and checked in frequently to make sure we were doing okay, not walking too fast and more. She also helped us find a wonderful restaurant for lunch. We loved our day with her in Kyoto.
