Poorly organized, no specific starting point and time. The guide didn't understand English, nor did he explain anything. The tour was quite quick, only 5 minutes in the mangroves, the rest was a round trip on the water.

While the booking was made through us, the activity described in your review was not conducted by our team. The experience took place at a different center and starting point, and therefore does not reflect our tour structure, duration, guide standards, or itinerary.
Our mangrove tours include a clearly communicated meeting point and time, English-speaking guides who explain the surroundings, and a dedicated mangrove exploration as a core part of the experience.
