We booked the airport pick-up and drop-off service as well as 2 tours - the drivers were very nice and we always felt safe and in good hands during the transport.
The Kandy tour was very good - we responded to our request to make slight changes - for example we wanted to see a different elephant reservoir than originally planned. The Galle tour was also very good. We were also able to make changes here - the restaurant for lunch in Fort Galle was very good. We would recommend everyone to book these tours. What we were missing a little bit was a short explanation every now and then during the journey about what the next points are and how long the transfer takes - in order to better adjust to it - but that's just a high-level criticism
