The particular tour guide...

The particular tour guide assigned to this tour was a full hour late picking me up and neither the hotel staff, nor I could find any way to get in contact with the local tour company and Viator was of no assistance. Being that late is an excusable. If he had come five minutes later, I would have been gone and demanded a refund as my hotel had set up another tour for me. He was knowledgeable and engaging, and I got sick in the car on the way back to our hotel and he was very kind about it. But leaving an hour later resulted in our facing a lot more traffic and the trip taking longer than it needed to.

The guide was not knowledgeable. The information being shared were sketchy. Did not cover all the points listed in the tour itinerary. We were looking forward to a informative tour Jo'Burg which was missed. The vehicle was good and so is the driver. Overall the tour was not worth the money we paid for four of us.

This was the greatest tour! Lesiba was fantastic! We had confusion with our travel agent on hotels, and then we arrived late and couldn’t do the tour the day we had planned. He was a real trouper, and he worked hard at rescheduling us. All this in addition to all the hotel snafus and not being able to inform him earl about changes make him a perfect tour guide. He was patient, thorough, well-informed and very personable. I recommend this tour and Lesiba without reserve.

Le tour en général était bien. Le guide sympa et il nous a raconté beaucoup de choses intéressantes. Nous n'avons pas vu l'église Regina Mundi que nous avions envie de voir, malgré le fait que c'était dans le programme. C'est seulement en revenant à l'appartement que nous nous sommes rendus compte et nous étions deçus. Le tour dans le bidon ville était décevant. Nous avons fait à peu près 100 metres et puis demi tour avec une demande de 1.000 (mille) Zar pour la visite!! Nous n'avions pas autant d'argent sur nous donc la somme donnée était beaucoup moins importante, ce qui a provoqué un petit lesson du valeur de l'argent que nous avons donné. Quel culot. En ce qui concern le bidon ville lui même, ça ne semblait pas authentique. Comme c'était un tour nous ne sommes pas rendu compte qu'il allait avoir des guides supplémentaires - à la maison de Nelson Mandella et au memorial d'Hector Pieterson. Pour le travail effectué une petite piéce c'est normal mais il faut en avoir. Pour des raisons de sécurité nous n'avons pas pris beaucoup d'argent alors si vous faites ce tour faites attention d'emporter une certaine somme si non c'est gênant. Il aurait été mieux si Viator a précisé qu'il y allait avoir des frais supplémentaires.
