Nothing was booked. Not reliable

I called the tour company on the morning to confirm. The driver was really nice and arrived 45 minutes late. We arrived at the reserve he himself had never been there and did not know where to go. He then went to check us in and there was no booking. He took us home. Waste of three hours. I had to call non stop for a refund eventually getting it from Viator. I hope they paid the driver. I could’ve got an uber and booked it myself.

This tour brings you a quick taste of the wild live animals from Africa. The animals in the park are not numerous. The tour guide stephen was very good.
