Great host. She was very friendly and patient. She taught me how to make ginger and masala tea, different types of curries and khichri. Ritesh was also brilliant and went out of his way to help me on the day. What a lovely family. I would highly recommend booking this course :)

We were invited into Dakshika's home where she welcomed us with a traditional tikal blessing. She showed us how to make Chai masala & ginger tea, dahl, Paneer masala, a cabbage recipe and both chapatis & paranthas from scratch. It was a wonderful evening with lots of laughter and AMAZING food. You can see from our smiles how happy we both were. I urge any visitor to Jodhpur to book this time with Dakshika - it was an absolute joy. Thank you to her and her family.
