Car was comfortable and drive smooth. However driver did not speak English so there was virtually no communication for the entire route - ok but a little puzzling when he occasionally stopped and got out of the car for brief periods. Also disconcerting when he kept answer the phone when driving.
Driver was pleasant and drove well. Got us to our destination in good time and waited for us at our stop.

While the driver provided excellent service, the overall value-for-money experience left much to be desired. In comparison to the tour offered by our hotel manager, this excursion was notably expensive, and unfortunately, we were unable to cancel as we had already paid in advance.
Additionally, there was some inconvenience regarding the pick-up. Despite the package including hotel pick-up, we had to insist on this service. The tour operator initially requested that we meet at their office, which was unexpected and inconvenient.
Furthermore, the vehicle provided for the tour was quite dated. Although it did have air conditioning, given the price we paid, we had expected a more premium and modern vehicle.
In summary, while the driver's performance was very good, the overall experience, in terms of cost, convenience, and vehicle quality, fell short of our expectations.

Attentif et prévenant le chauffeur nous a conduit jusqu à Udaipur en toute sérénité, nous avons fait un arrêt au temple de bikaner puis sommes arrivés à Udaipur en mangeant des bonbons que nous a offert le chauffeur .

L'autista Gajay Singh è arrivato puntuale e il viaggio è stato confortevole. Sono state rispettate le tappe e ci ha consigliato delle fermate interessanti presso templi o semplicemente per prendere del cibo locale. Anche il ristorante in cui ci ha portati era buono e il cibo aveva un prezzo equo.
Inoltre il nostro hotel si trovava in una zona troppo centrale per essere raggiunta dall'auto e ci è stato mandato a prendere un tuk tuk per poter arrivare al punto di raccolta, il tutto gratuitamente. Ottima esperienza.
