All guests are picked up and returned to their place of lodging. We pick up at hotels, condos and private residences in Jackson and Teton Village. Your exact pick up time will be determined by your hotel location. Make sure you notify us of your lodging location at the time of booking. The Jackson Hole Wildlife Safaris office will notify you of your exact pickup time prior to your departure. Approximate pickup times for Jackson Hole include: Sunrise Departures 7:00 AM – Teton Village locations 7:15 AM – Aspens, Amangani, Spring Creek locations 7:30 AM – Town of Jackson locations Sunset Departures 1:00 PM – Teton Village locations (2:00 PM during March/April) 1:15 PM – Aspens, Amangani, Spring Creek locations (2:15 PM during March/April) 1:30 PM – Town of Jackson locations (2:30 PM during March/April)

- Cancellation Policy: For day tours with 16 guests or less (excluding custom tours): We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to departure will receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable. For multi-day tours, custom tours, or day tours with 17+ guests: We have a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to departure will receive a refund, minus a 5% fee. Within 30 days, bookings are non-refundable. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance before your departure to protect you from incurring any costs associated with unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from joining us.

What an absolutely fantastic tour—Jeffrey was so knowledgeable about the land, the animals, the history but most importantly had a love for it that was infectious. We got to see some incredible sights and see all the animals we could without disrupting nature. Really a great tour and couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Dress warm. Bathrooms are like they are in camping areas.
Our guide made the experience. So knowledgeable and fun. Small group in a large van

We did not go into the part of The park that is adjacent to Yellowstone.

We had a great morning with Corey. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knew the area well and we were able to spot several moose, elk, bison, big horn sheep. Even though the weather was unseasonably warm and lacking snow, we were able to spot lots of wildlife and visit several areas in the parks. We had a great time and highly recommend Corey

This was so great. Corey was so engaged and excited to show us the Moose, fox, coyote, wolf, elk ( of course) and bighorn sheep. Knows a TON about wildlife but super chill, not overbearing. Time flew by, many chances to get out. We all got videos through the scope ( he does that) for lifelong memories. Thank you!

Dan Green, our guide was terrific. He has extensive knowledge of the area and wildlife habits which led us to wildlife such as moose and bighorn sheep. We also got to see a lot of beautiful scenery around Jackson. He was personable and had lots of stories to tell. We would highly recommend him.

Our experience couldn't have gone any better! Our guide Barry
was wonderful. We saw Bison, Elk, Moose, and even a Bald Eagle, etc. We were promptly picked up and dropped off at our hotel. I would highly recommend if you are considering this tour.

Great experience! Scott was so lovely and knowledgeable. We saw fox, coyote, moose, elk, and bison. They provided high quality snacks (bars, muffins, fruit bars, trail mix) and water and juices. Also provide the opportunity to use a clean modern restroom. Oversll a great day seeing tons of animals that we normally wouldn’t on our own. Highly recommend!

Driver was nice and knowledgeable. He knew the pattern of a moose and stopped so we could watch it graze and then cross behind the car in back of it. I don’t think charging over $300 for two people to ride around in a van for 3.5 hours was worth it though.

Our guide, Barry, was incredible. He caught sight of a mother moose with 2 twin babies that none of the other guides saw. Same thing with the mousing coyote.

The tour was amazing! Kayla, our tour guide was so knowledgeable and taught us not only about the wildlife, but also the history of Jackson as a city. Even though some park roads were closed because it’s the winter, we still saw a good amount of sights!

Loved seeing bighorn sheep, elk, moose, beaver, red fox, hawks, magpies, and mule deer on the tour! Our wonderful naturalist guide, Kayla, shared her wealth of knowledge about the flora, fauna, geology, biology and history of the area on our sunset tour. We will treasure the experience and highly recommend Kayla and this particular tour to anyone coming to visit Jackson!
