The app to log in and play the hunt was horrible. It was not user friendly whatsoever ever. We had five people and people whom I bought tickets for had to stop after five clues. I even called for support to your customer service to get in.

Didn't end up doing it. App was not user friendly. It was not easy to navigate at one point it showed us in Franklin Indiana when we were in Bloomington indiana
