Wrong trip but great crew and snorkeling

Paid for and got tickets for 7 hour snorkeling with 2 hour visit to Giftun Islands. Was picked up on time from hotel but delivered to 5 hour dolphin and snorkeling trip. No show from dolphins but snorkeling and boat crew were excellent. No Giftun island visit. Guessing not enough people booked so we were put on this alternative without our knowledge.
