It’s a bit pricey, yes, (compared to other local excursions) but you are having the unique experience of going down in an actual submarine - a great way to view the Red Sea both on the water and underwater, without having to get wet.

The trip took around 3 1/2 hours in total. Overall everything was average, we were picked up from the hotel on time and the transfer was fine.
Pros:
- Driver was on time and friendly
- Submarine was clean and we got to see lots of different fish.
Cons:
- The majority of the day was spent getting to the submarine. First you get dropped off at a hotel, then a 25 minute boat ride (only water and juice are free. It says soft drinks but that doesn’t include fizzy drinks). After the boat ride you then wait on a platform for the submarine. Once in you spend 20 minutes going one way with divers taking photos of you/feeding the fish, then they turn around and you go back the same way and see the coral reef.
- You only actually spend 40 minutes on the submarine out of the 3 and a half hours
- Photos are very expensive. We paid £22 for over 100 photos and videos on our jeep safari/quad excursion with another company and expected this to be around the same price. They asked for £110 for the submarine photos (there were only a handful)
- The ‘guest relations’ guide on the boat (Jakub I think his name was) was very pushy. He pressured my husband into leaving a trip advisor review and kept taking his phone to ‘check it himself’. At the end once we told him a review was submitted he took his phone again and wouldn’t give it back, even though we were being asked to get off the boat as we’d arrived. In the end I had to snatch it back out of his hand. Whilst we were completing our review he was also asking us a lot of questions whilst on his tablet (such as our names, ages, where we’re from etc) then appeared to be writing answers down. He also asked our hotel and what we liked about it etc. I suspect he was filling out another type of review on our behalf without our consent. As a result of him, we didn’t get to enjoy our trip back on the boat, we were hounded the entire time.

From start to finish the sinbad submarine company had all things in place. The submarine experience was definitely worth it and highly recommended. If u want photos from outside the submarine when under the water, a diver will be taking them and you can pay $50 and wait 24hrs to receive. You can also pay for photos on the boat transfer to the submarine. Free cold water and soft drink.

Excellent service, door to door.
Good communication right from the get go. We were contacted via Whatsapp right after we booked to arrange for our pick up. They arranged for our pick up even though our hotel was out of the range of their regular hotel pick up. They went the extra mile for us.
The driver arrived right on time and was very attentive. We were greeted at the centre when we arrived. The staff walked us through the process all the way through.
Great underwater experience. The submarine was well kept and clean.
Special shout out to Asma. She was very friendly and talented. She wrote our name in Arabic beautifully on the certificates. She always carried a nice smile with her.
The same driver waited for us to finish and drove up back to the hotel after.
100% recommended.

Overall a good experience, very unique and our two kids (7 & 4yo) really enjoyed it.
Only downside’s were that we were told to arrive at 10.30 for an 11 am start, but the tour didn’t start until 11.30am- there was no explanation, apology or even an offer of some water (which would have been appreciated given it was almost 40degrees!).
All the staff we encountered were friendly and good with the kids, although we did find the boat staff a little pushy for tips on the return journey.

We had lots of fun! The staff were lovely and the divers went out of their way to entertain us in the water. Although there isn't a lot to see underwater, the experience of being in the submarine was well worth it. The length of time for the boat ride and the submarine trip was also just right. Would definitely recommend as a fun and enjoyable experience for all ages.

The trip in the submarine is 45 minutes.
You will be allocated seat numbers and have to stay seated for the whole trip.
The coral is on one side of the ship and on return the other side will be able to view it. A scuba diver will dive on the non coral side to entertain while feeding fish

The transfer was smooth, little waiting times. And on the submarine, the experience was very nice, saw many fishes and the scuba divers were very funny. We were in a submarine, under the sea, its awesome.

It was great to view under the sea without having to snorkel or scuba. The submarine was comfortable and every person had good viewing. Plenty of fish to see. How many people can say they have been in a submarine?

This is a good experience since we can’t go diving and Snorkeling. It won’t make us feel uncomfortable when we were 25 meters under the water. Very nice captain and the crew members.

This was a great experience, we enjoyed it. Our toddler also enjoyed it. Although he doesn’t talk yet we could tell he was amazed by the fishes and drivers while we were under the sea. Communication was good, was contacted very quickly after booking. Transfer was fine and staff while at the site were professional and friendly.
Reason why I am not giving five star:
- there weren’t many different fishes that we saw and not many things we saw that was a wow
- trying to sell pictures and videos is a big part of it, camera guy on the boat was very eager/pushy to take our picture even when we said no
- trying to sell photos and videos at a very high price, I mean it’s cheaper in Europe! We did talk him down to less than half in the end even then wasn’t totally happy but we took it for family memories

Contacted the company per message to reconfirm pick up time, with no response. No one showed up at the hotel. Bell Captain called a few times with no answer. No message from company at all. Was looking forward to the tour. I use viator all over the world and called them as well. They could not get through to the local company either.

All is well here - transfer from hotel via branded minibus, few minutes waiting on their beach, transfer with a new and clean boat to a floating platform and going to submarine. You might need some help lowering and raising infants to and from the sub as it's a vertical ladder.
Sub is also clean and spacious enough.
Underwater looks great - you can see shipwrecks and some old statues. There is some fish, however the divers drop food and a whole more comes - seriously at one point you can't see anything else but fish on your windows - and some big ones as well.
The Divers also put quite a show, and kids really love interacting with them through the window. Well deserved to tip.
Only small downside is the photos / videos taken by staff and especially the price - 30-40eur for the package is way too much, especially since you can't see what they took in advance. I would suggest to have a screen of some sort or send previews via mail later on, and make it possible to buy one item instead of everything packaged.

没有什么鱼，绝大多数时间都是看空洞洞的海，还有死去的珊瑚，唯一就是潜水艇比较新奇，但是价格相对太贵了，不如潜水的性价比和体验。而且只能接送酒店，不能接送机场，如果落地就去或者去完就走的话会比较麻烦，需要自己打车。
