We were on the both the buggy and quad bike for at least 20 minutes and had great time. The guys took a ton of photos but it was pitty that they wanted 20 euros for them (we paid 13 for the trip itself xD) also the show surprised us, we expected one dancer but it was actually three people together lasting maybe 20 minutes or so. The dinner was alright served as bufet where you could try from multiple foods. In summary I would recommend this to anybody for the money we paid.

Load of extortionists we paid on the app then had to pay again when we arrived and again for ski masks then when we wanted to leave they told us we had to pay again to leave and made the situation difficult would never use this company again

I can’t recommend this experience enough. Honestly had so fun from start to finish. There was a delay with the initial transfer however this was completely redeemed by the experience and was almost more of a perk as we could go out quad biking ourselves! Quading through the desert was great and it was a beautiful sunset too so we were very lucky. We paid for the photographer who was so lovely and took lots and lots of photos for us of the full experience and I can’t wait to see them. The show was also such a treat with a great atmosphere to finish the night. 5 stars from me.

You can't really complain about anything if you understand how cheap the price is. Everything was on schedule and well organised. Guide Sam was friendly and wasn't pushy on tips and photo selling. Food was eatable and we didn't get sick after that so it was good enough

Extremely poor-quality service, outdated equipment, and an amateur photographer who makes you waste 30 euros. The dinner and show were subpar. Be cautious of the 3-euro mask scam, where you're forced to buy one even though you have your own goggles. Such amateurism. It's disappointing that a company like Viator doesn't vet the quality of its providers in advance... unless the group itself is purely driven by profit.

Unfortunately the trip was cut short, due to the heat. We knew it would be hot but this was another level (around 42). Due to having kids with us we asked if we could cut the trip short and go back to hotel. To be fair, they responded well and got us out of there and back to a waiting car. I can’t fault them, they tried their best. They said the heat was very bad that day, just one of those things.

we was taked from the hotel with 37 degree with one car and two drivers without air condition. the drivers didnt speak any language and the music was some egypten folk music and the drivers make it fun. Then we they was stoped somewhere in the desert to change the seats and i think we will be mordered or something like this. The only one good think was the driving. Organisation, comunnication the place for the dinner is for -10 stars

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo dejarlo en blanco. Reservamos la excursión en quads con cena para el matrimonio y nuestras dos hijas adolescentes.Nos comunicamos en todo momento a través de la aplicación con la agencia que realizaba la excursión, hasta el momento en que realizamos el pago. A partir de aquí pasan a hablarnos por whatsapp. Entre todas las instrucciones y una vez que ya hemos pagado la excursión, nos avisan que tenemos que pagar otros 5€ por persona por un tema de impuestos del gobierno para realizar safaris, que no vemos entre todos los mensajes.
Nos viene a recoger un coche tipo taxi sin distintivo, y cuando llevamos unos 10 minutos por una carretera en mitad de la nada a las afueras de la ciudad, nos paran en el arcén detrás de otro coche que estaba allí parado, de donde se baja un señor que se acerca a nuestro coche y nos dice que tenemos que pagar 20€ más por la excursión. Preguntamos por qué y nos dicen que lo dice la agencia, pero no saben por qué. Tras negarnos a pagar más y además en mitad de la carretera, me dicen que hable por teléfono con la agencia para que me expliquen y me pasan un teléfono que no se de quién es y nos negamos a hablar con ellos.
Les decimos que no nos fiamos porque vamos con dos adolescentes y nos nos está gustando nada todo este lío, y que queremos regresar al hotel aunque perdamos el dinero.
Entonces comienza lo peor. El conductor comienza a intentar convencernos y como no nos convence, y no nos deja, nos bajamos del taxi y caminamos por el arcén hasta una gasolinera donde solicitando un taxi. Allí el conductor que nos ha seguido, comienza una pelea con el nuevo taxi que nos iba a llevar, llegando a subirse al maletero del coche para no dejarnos salir, y provocando una pelea a puñetazos con el nuevo taxista, con con mis hijas en pánico y las tres encerradas en el taxi sin poder salir, y mi marido intentando que nos dejasen marchar. Al final entre otros trabajadores de la gasolinera sujetando al conductor, conseguimos que el nuevo taxi nos llevase al hotel.
Toda una aventura pero nada divertida.
