I would not recommend this experience for any one. We pulled up at the venue, it did not look like a Spa or someone you would want to relax. It reminded me of somewhere women get kidnapped. I was scared to go in once our taxi driver dropped us. They give you dirty used towels to use through our time there. I would not recommend this place, PLEASE save your money an go somewhere else that is more professional.

The place was crowded, we were seated when we get there without any further explanation. So we sat there for 15 min, watching other guests arriving and getting in immediately. When my husband went to reception desk, they told him they need 20 euro for government fees (not mentioned in when I booked the tour, but get this information later on WhatsApp). We paid, they let us in, but after changing the clothes, they didn’t let us stay together as family to take turns watching our 3 yo to let both parents enjoy the massage. My husband had to cut short his treatment because the youngest son refused to go to Hammam room with him and I was in the other part of building, so he didn’t get a massage. I felt all the time that nobody had call on guests, I had to ask for my treatments etc. The Hammam time was shorter than mentioned and we didn’t get any drinks. The water in jacuzzi was very dirty and the jacuzzi itself was half-broken as the girl strictly told us to don’t touch on side of it. Only the girls giving me and my son massages were lovely, but the rest of experience was terrible. Save your time and money and choose something better to do here!

BIG CON! Played a trick of stating that a cab was outside waiting, cab wasn't there, then when I asked for a refund, they refunded me 2 dollars, don't book, its a big con. Couldn't even five details or where they were located, so I know it's a con.

The car has already gone to the hotel waited for 30 minutes waiting for the customers to show up and after all the waiting there is no show, and both of the spa and car was paid for in advance, so we have lost both of them cost ! Amazing relaxing spa experience. All staff is very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I was so relaxed at the end of the massage that I left my wallet in the van transfer, and everyone went beyond the expected to give it back to me.

The Hammam was super relaxing! The girl who looked after us the entire experience was super lovely and understanding when we didn't want to spend too long in the steam room- this just meant we got more time to relax! The massage was amazing and tailored to what I needed. I would highly recommend this experience.

Excellent communication before the trip about pick up times and location. The Hamman is a 10 minute bus ride away from my hotel and made 3 or 4 additional stops to pick up more customers. There are safes for valuables which I'd been uncertain about as I was travelling solo and was worried about leaving my phone. You get a sauna, steam room , scrub down and a massage all for a great price. Ok this is the McDonalds of Hamman experiences as it's fast-paced and communal but we all love a cheeky Maccies from time to time. The masseur was excellent as were all the staff. When I asked for "hard", he wasn't joking! Bus returned me to my hotel quickly afterwards all within the allotted 3 hour timeframe.

Pick up 40 minutes late then driver asked us where the spa was! Luckily we’d been before so we knew. Our second visit was nowhere near as good as the first and some treatments were left out completely. The promised 3 hour visit took less than 2 hours
Also masseuse couldn’t understand any English so instead of focusing on shoulder and neck areas they avoided them completely
Overall very disappointing especially as our first visit was great

I’ve been before and had a really lovely few hours , but this time it was like a cattle market way too many people there , and some very rowdy young men than spoilt it for other people it became like a conveyer belt . We skipped the jacuzzi, the massage was very good , but I went to lay on the coach and had to tell the lady to change the towels on the bed , as they were wet , and had been left on from the previous person .so all in all not a good experience .

The hammam was nice and yasmin was very kind. The massage was lovely. BUT IT Was not clean! the towels where smelly.. A lot of people in the hamam and woman and men togheter. And everything must go very fast! It was not relaxing

Fatima is magic star. I had great massage and beautiful Turkish Bath. Really enjoyed it. Peaple are very nice, friendly. Place is clean and welcoming. Great value for money.

The Bad initially the experience was like a cattle farm rushed 5 mins in sauna, then Turkish bath with a guy called Ahmed who just scrubbed my arm pit off and very rude and then cold water thrown over me that was the Turkish bath which was not what I expected
The good, Massage by Mustafa was really great and the experience with Mustafa was brilliant couldn’t ask for with the money that we paid for about £16 and you get what you pay for :)

This Turkish bath was really good. My daughter and I really enjoyed it the massage was excellent and they looked after us very well. The only thing I would say to improve, is when we book with viator we didn't knew where we were going and it was a bit daunting going alone in Egypt.

Un spa avec autant de bruit de monde avec un gros manque d hygiène ne s appelle pas Spa. Une usine à spa aucun moment de détente aucune ambiance de détente, serviette sales mouillées passées d une personne a une autre ect … pieds nues parterre mouillé, risque de glisse.
Le massage était top mais encore une fois sur des serviettes déjà utilisées par plusieurs clientes. Les femmes qui s occupent de nous sont très gentilles

Il sont venus nous récupérer au mauvais hôtel à la mauvaise heure et nous ont demandé de nous dépêcher. Pour le retour si nous n’avions pas raler au bout de 30 minutes d’attentes le taxis, nous ne serions jamais rentrés.

Transfer mit halber Stunde Verspätung, daher kein entspanntes Ankommen mit Tee, sondern direkt hinein in die Sauna. Der Spa wirkte etwas schmuddelig und ich ließ den Whirlpool aus, da die Menschen massenweise durchgeschläust wurden. Insgesamt war es eher ein Gewusel statt Ruhe. Die Massage ging nur eine halbe Stunde und war eher Einmassieren von Öl mit gelegentlichen Schwätzchen der Masseurin mit ihren Kollegen. Privatsphäre war auch nicht gegeben. Bitte Bikini und Handtücher mitbringen (die vor Ort stinken wie verrückt).

Es ging so, an der Sauberkeit könnte definitiv noch gearbeitet werden, sonst hat alles geklappt. Aber wir würden es nicht wirklich nochmal machen, es ist nicht wirklich so wie wir es kennen....
