I never leave reviews but, I’ve just had an awful experience with this tour.
First of all, it was my last day in Egypt and we wanted to have a funny special moment ( my friend and me) and it became a disaster.
The tour says that we will have a tea, water included, visit of Bedoin village, etc , this never happened. Never saw any Bedoin village , we never had tea, we never had any water!
It says we will enjoy the sunset , funny joke, this never happened because we left before sunset , it was still super Sunny! So no sunset to enjoy.
They also mention a camel tour.
All we did is jumping onto the camel for one picture and get off right away , so there is no ride at all , lol
Last joke , it says 3 hours tour or 3 hours and a half. It was less than 2 hours!!
This is unacceptable, they refused the refund for this, and in addition the wanted us to tip! Please, avoid this SCAM at all cost…

Although I got a taste of doing an ATV ride. I would not recommend it.
For several reasons
1) the so called guide could speak bare minimum English so we had difficulty following his instructions.
2) it was a sip of tea in a fake set up village for tourists
3) the camel ride was also a big joke.
I had higher expectations.

We were picked up from our hotel right on time — the driver came into reception to collect us, which was a nice touch. The car journey was about 25 minutes from where we were staying.
The quad biking was great fun! Definitely recommend wearing the provided goggles — sunglasses won’t be enough for the dust. We brought scarfs with us. Our leader, Mohammed, was really friendly and took lots of photos for us, which made the experience even better.
The camel ride was short but cool, and the tea they served was lovely. There are small shops on site if you need to buy anything, and you can bring a small bag with you.
Overall, a really good experience! We did pay 400 LE for a fridge magnet, which was quite steep — so make sure to double-check prices before buying souvenirs.

Overall the excursion and quad biking were mostly fabulous. We drove across the desert towards the mountains and back at sunset and it was a lot of fun. There was a great photographer who took lovely photos at an extra charge. And there was a camel ride too. The disappointing things were that we were charged £24 for scarves (to keep) and goggles (for rental) for 3 people. This was we felt a dishonest scam because we had no choice having already paid and travelled 30 minutes. It should have factored in to the original price or we should have been told in advance so that we were forewarned or could have bought our own scarves. Renting out the goggles was a swindle and overpriced. The original $33 per person was very reasonable though and so, on balance, it was still a reasonable cost but the way it was done felt unfair and dishonest.. Also....the Bedouin village is a fake up and shouldn't have been called that. It was a group of huts which was not inhabited.

The quad biking itself was an amazing experience—thrilling, well-organized, and a great way to explore the area. The main guide leading the tour was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and really made the experience enjoyable.
However, the photos were an absolute letdown. We paid £40 expecting a quality album of our adventure, but instead, we received a film filled with random people we don’t even know and about 100 identical-looking pictures. It was completely disappointing and felt like a waste of money. If you’re considering booking, definitely go for the quad adventure but skip the photo package—it’s not worth it.

My husband, father-in-law and I booked on to this tour purely for the quad biking. When we arrived we were given a safety briefing and then had a test ride. We have done quad biking before and they operated in the same way. The quad bikes were well maintained and we were provided with helmets. We were with a family who had never done it before and they did struggle a bit but the guides helped them and by the end they had got the hang of it.
We travelled approximately 11km into the desert to the Bedouin village with a short stop along the way for a drinks break. The terrain seems flat but is actually very bumpy so it may be hard going for people who aren't used to it. There wasn't much to see at the Bedouin village and the camel ride was very very brief so not really worth it. Then we travelled back on a different route with another drinks stop. If you are just interested in a short quad biking experience (about 1.5 hours in total) it is worth it.
However be aware there are various additional costs to be paid in cash or card on arrival. We were advised via WhatsApp the day before the tour that the quad bikes were doubles and there would be an additional fee of $5 per person for a single (as we were an odd number we would have had to pay $5 anyway but we all chose the singles). There was also an additional fee of $3 per person to rent some goggles (required due to sand and $5 per person to purchase a scarf (you can bring your own but it needs to cover your head and mouth and nose - we had just taken snoods). We were aware of these fees based on other tour reviews but the tour description should make this clearer and should include the cost of the goggles in the main fee.
A photographer came on the tour with us and took lots of photos and videos of us. The cost is £10 per person. Seems steep but is about the same for similar packages we have done in other places. I found it a bit strange that they charged some fees in dollars and then these in British pounds but it is probably because our whole group was British. It was ok as the exchange rate was similar but something to be wary of in case of overcharging. We did buy the photos and are due to receive them via WhatsApp today (can't comment on quality as we haven't seen them yet).
Overall an enjoyable experience for a reasonable price even with the added extras (excluding the photos) but the pricing could be made clearer as could the requirement for the scarf to cover head and mouth and the fact the price is based on a double quad bike.

The tour is really bad organized and it is not 3 hours. Our tour lasted 5 hours and 30 minutes in total because of the transfer (again bad organized) and the quad tour lasted 2 hours. When you get to the “beduin village” it is not a village, there are 2-3 let’s say houses where they sell you tourist traps and where you can just sit and relax. Camel tour horrible, the camels are exhausted because they just do circles in 50meter field. You can ride s camel just to take picture and after 2 minutes you are down. Quad as itself it’s good if you like adrenaline so you will like it but for me it was horribly organized. Would not recommend.

Atrocious.
Sat outside the hotel foyer 10 minutes before advised time. After an hour and texting the operator via Viator we gave up, went back to the room, swimwear on we headed down to the beach.
30 mins later I received a whatsapp asking me to now meet over an hour later, except the message was sent 30 mins AFTER the new time.
I contacted Viator who advised me that as it was less than 24 hours my refund was up to the discretion of this appalling company who wasted our last day in Hurghada, given we’d revolved the day around the sunset booking…
I would not recommend this company for anything, given the poor experience.
And still waiting for ANY correspondence re my refund….

This was really fun quad biking was probably an hour total (there and back) so longer than stated in the itinerary. The guides made sure everyone stayed with the group and were patient with some cautious drivers. We felt very safe on the quads and did the morning trip. This was a great excursion but as other reviews state there is additional charge for scarves - bear in mind bandanas are not acceptable so if you have scarves that can be tied around your head and cover your face I recommend to bring those with you.

This was an excellent adventure, a decent journey to and from a bedouin village on quad bikes. The scarves and goggles are a bit overpriced but if you consider the total price including that it is excellent value. We did the sunset trip which was awesome seeing the sunset over the desert but a little bit hairy in the dark as most of the quads didn't have working lights. All in all an awesome trip highly recommended.

We had a great time quad biking! I think it should have been made clear when we booked that they only had single rider quads! We had to pay more on the day for extra quad, and then I didn’t feel safe so had to ride with the guide! We also paid for photos and video on the day and haven’t received them!! Great fun for the whole family. But be prepared to pay for extras. No one informed us that we have to pay for head/face scarfs $5 each per person and renting glasses to protect eyes from sand $3 each per person. So family of 7 was $56 extra plus if you want any drinks you have to pay. Bring cash only as no cards excepted. I wish I was informed about this. Not great price after all the extras.

Very good memories we have on this trip. Since beginning went everything smoothly. We had taxi driver who was very friendly and during driving we asked him what buildings we passing he was happy to everything tell us. When we arrived to the safari there was waiting us guide guy who was explaining everything clearly about safety etc. we was there with our 6 years old daughter the guys was extremely looked after her. We needed stop maybe 4 times because of my little one but we had so amazing group everyone understood and everyone was so nice to us. The guide guy every time I stopped arrived to me and made sure If all is fine. Ride on camels 🐪 was very short that’s true but I didn’t care very hot to ride on them and for them it’s must be same feeling. Thank you so much for making us so nice time 😍😍😍😍 recommend this trip :)

The landscape is beautiful and the tea was good.
Downsides : the camel ride was less than 2 minutes, which was disappointing.
The instructors didn’t let my partner ride her own ATV, so we kind of paid extra for nothing.
