Not a recommended tour

We didn't like this tour because it is all made to take money from tourists and not a real experience as described in the details. Firstly the tour operator contacted us to confirm the pick up time and I asked if lunch was also provided (although not mentioned in the description) and he said yes, so we didn't take any food with us. Once there they told us that only dinner was included so we didn't eat until 6pm. There, you need to rent glasses for 3$ which should be included, and if you don't have a scarf for your head you also have to buy it there. The quad drive was OK but the buggie drive too short and they stop too much time to take pictures from you and try to sell to you later. Camel ride is a joke, they are all there continuously taking people for just 100metres ride, that is not a walk and the poor animals are doing that all day with non stop. If you want to see the reptil house you need to pay 3$ but in the tour description it says that is included. Then, they tell you that you are going to see the beduin village and culture but it is just a theatre to show you what they normally do, nothing like a real village at all. Finally, we went back for a "BBQ" dinner and we were surprised to see that most of the dinner was rice and pasta and just a small piece of chicken and small sausage. I wouldn't recommend it.

L'accueil était excellent, le photographe était à la fois drôle et chaleureux, tout était parfait. Le dîner était délicieux. Cependant, malheureusement, les buggys n'ont pas été vérifiés avant leur utilisation. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec la biellette de direction qui s'est détachée. De plus, l'armature du toit était mal soudée et une partie en est tombée sur la tête de mon fils pendant que nous roulions. Heureusement, il n'a pas été blessé. Le chauffeur du 4x4 n'est pas satifait du pourboire donné. Ballade en chameau très courte 2 minutes. Le guide n'était pas en Français malgré notre demande sur le site.

Sehr abwechslungsreiches Programm, dass einen halben Tag füllt. Zusatzausgaben wie 2 Euro für eine Schutzbrille zum Quad fahren, Kopftücher als Schutz für 3 Euro sollten in der Beschreibung vorher erwähnt werden oder eben ein Hunweis auf selbständige Mitnahme, da nur der Helm den Sand nicht abhält. Dazu noch optionale DVD. Liess sich auch nachträglich bei Rückfahrt ins Hotel bezahlen für diejenigen, die nicht ausreichend Barmittel dabei hatten. Leider wurden Beduinenkinder als Verkaufsmasche für Süssigkeitenverkauf vorgeschoben. Das hatte wenig Charme. Ansonsten kompetente Fahrer, verschiedene Gruppen je nach Anspruch an die Geschwindigkeit. Im Grossen und Ganzen weiterzuempfehlen.
