When you book and pay you are told transfer in air conditioned car, this is not true! Our transport going had air conditioning, our transport back to the hotel was a car falling to bits packed with people and no air conditioning in 35 degree heat! Camels seemed very scared and horses very thin. Also, the guy that took our photos asked the guy in charge of camels I assume to collect the cash for photos from me as I didn’t have cash on my person, he collected the cash and took money out for himself and told the photo man I wouldn’t pay the full amount! Absolutely shocking and I’d be very cautious in booking with these people, if possible use another provider.
